The apartment was very clean and with all the necessary items for a sort term stay (air dryer, iron). The shower was really nice. The location of the apartment was excellent and near the metro station

The check in part was a bit long since we did it both online and then at the location, where only a machine is installed. I also didn't like dealing with the property only via message, since some issues due to translation came up and the conversation were very long and could be solved by simply speaking directly to them as you would usually do while checking in. The second room with two beds was really tiny for two people, while the master bedroom was alright.

Excellent stay near Espanya, very close to bus and metro stations as well as supermarkets, pharmacies etc. The whole check-in process was automated and pretty straightforward. The apartment was tastefully renovated and offered great views in both sides. It was clean and offered everything needed for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again while in Barcelona.

As it is close to a major avenue there can be a bit of noise, but it’s not too bad. Appliances are a bit worn but very serviceable.

I liked how close it was to the train stations and downtown. The apartment was very spacious and we really enjoyed the property and location convenience.

I did not like how they had me pay a lot more than what booking.com suggested. I also thought the price was expensive for the fact that the elevators were not working when we first arrived and we had to got up 5 flights of stairs with no help.

Good location for the price, close to Plaza Espana, all kinds of transportation within a few minutes of walk. Plenty of bakeries and shops in the vicinity. We could use the locker room to keep our baggage for the last day after checking out.

There was no hot water in the shower. The insulation of the windows/glass was was not proper, it let through the cold .

The apartment is small and it was a good size for 2 people. I would not recommend using the sofa bed in the small lounge room, it would mean there would be no place to sit except the small table. There was a Comfortable bed, double glazed windows, good air conditioning and great shower. Good kitchen and coffee machine was a bonus. The staff a very quick if there is an issue.

Excellent person from the cleanning department and the friendly communication and with comments about the city. Wonderful apartment close to all the atractions, close to a mini market right in front including a laundry place. Great and amazing location.

A lady in the reception ultra angry in the phone. I was surprised to be in the phone with such unhappy person. I was calling to request something and the lady in the reception went untra angry. So I decided to stop my request, ingnore the lady and continue with my day and my vacations.

it was nice, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and living room was pleasant. There is a washing machine , iron and utensils in the kitchen. They provided some basic necessities like shampoo, washing up liquid and soap. The staff is not coming every day- only if asked. We stayed for 6 nights and asked for clean towels after 3 days- they brought them almost instantly.

Kitchen could use a drying rack. Also a clothes drying rack would be great for the towels. The drying function of the washing machine does not dry- just warms up the clothes.

I liked that it was an automated system and allowed us some more freedom about when we arrived.

The automated kiosk to check in wouldn't accept our credit card for payment. We tried multiple cards and they all were rejected. We used the phone next to the kiosk and the person was short with us and said it was our card. We tried more and when I called back I had to be VERY firm that we had checked our bank and our card and it was their system. Eventually they emailed us a link to pay and we were able to get in.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet, residential area. 5 min walk to the metro stop Poble Sec, that takes you to the vibrant heart of the city in just a couple of minutes. Grocery stores in the vicinity and a delicious little cafè - Manso's, a perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. Self check-in process was smooth and we relly appreciated the possibility to leave our luggage in the lockers on the ground floor in the check-out day, as our planes were in the evening.

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. It was comfortable & the air con was very welcome after a day out in the hot weather. The metro was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The host replied quickly to any messages we sent. Check in was a machine in the entrance which was easy enough to use. We got there early & were able to leave our cases in a locked locker area which was useful. Would definitely recommend & stop there again.
