The staff were excellent at this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious and the bathroom very nice too. Nice and modern rooms and bathroom and nice big bath and separate shower. Great view of Wonderboom runway and not so noisy Dinner was very nice

Wifi was bad couldn't get online Air con leaked water (despite following instructions not to put lower than 21 degrees) Limited contact with staff after 6pm if any issues Stairs up to rooms with bags was hard Would have been nice to have dressing gowns in the Executive Suite Couldn't work TV no instructions how to use

I love this hotel! I love the large windows looking on to the airport apron and runway! The rooms are very clean and well kitted out, with lots of tea and coffee sachets offered, which to me is a bonus. The restaurant has a lovely ambience and the food is great with decent sized portions. We arrived early in the morning (09:30) and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we could settle in with no delay. The hotel is very quiet, peaceful and secure.

The pillows are a bit too hard and large.

With my family being aviators, the location was awesome!! Watched the planes taking off and landing from our bed, which was very special. The room was very well kitted out, and we seemed to have more than the average tea/coffee and bathroom supplies on offer. The room was spacious, the shower was amazing and everything we needed was supplied. The restaurant downstairs is wonderful! We had a really super dinner and breakfast there and the decor and ambiance were great.

I like soft pillows so the large, plump pillows were not to my liking (but I'm probably in the minority here :-)

The location was good for us as it is close to Onderstepoort Veterinary Campus. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The deli and restaurant are fabulous - great food and good service. I would stay again.

It is literally in Wonderboom airport and the planes fly from 5am-9pm, so it’s a bit noisy. The one night we came back from dinner and our room was covered in tiny flying insects. We did call housekeeping, but they weren’t too helpful, so we spent an hour trying to get rid of them. Thankfully it was just a once off situation.

Restaurant close by. Quality furnishings in room. Friendly staff. Quality bed and linen. Big clean 100% cotton towels.

Air conditioner was ok but not up to scratch,it did not make the room cool enough.I often experience this at hotels. My advice is to regularly check up and have maintenance done,it quite often is a simple fix(needs gas and cleaning of filter)

Location was perfect, great for what I was doing. Staff friendly and room was nice, Were able to merge bookings, so did not need to change rooms.

Having to sort out security passes as hotel is located on the airport. Felt this should have been sorted as they new I was arriving.

Very comfortable

The key tag did not work when we wanted to go out luckily the staff in the restaurant was still there and could give us a different tag this could potentially be a safety hazard especially if you have to get out urgently. The bathroom door does to close and get stuck, there is some lights that is not working. I would suggest you make it easier for people with luggage especially when the guests have big suitcases it is very difficult to carry big suitcases up and down those stairs.

Very good value for money! Very large room with great facilities

Our room had a connecting door to the next room (was locked) but if the next room had their tv on you could hear it in our room which is quite disturbing if you are trying to sleep

The rooms are clean, with the executive rooms being particularly spacious. The restaurant is excellent, accommodating all dietary needs. The staff provided impeccable service, and the amenities were outstanding.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the mattresses could be improved.

Location was not bad. We didn't have breakfast. Big rooms. Late check out hours

Dust in the rooms. Not regularly cleaned or dusted. Keys left with the securities at the airport entrance didn't open the room (room 10) had to run up and down to be assisted. All emergency contacts unavailable until Lucas came through and located Raphael to assist. Lost story short, partner was already sitting at the floor having supper.
