The location of the property is perfect for me. I've been staying there alot. The staff is very friendly and helpful, almost feel like family. The only thing bothering me the last few times I stay there is the maintenance of the rooms. The is a lot of things broken or not in place, the towels is torn and the bedding is torn and there were a blood stain on my sheet this time. There were also a terrible smell in both the rooms I booked. Room 10 and 12. Otherwise it was very nice. I love to stay there, please just see that maintenance is done. Thanks

Where do I even begin.. From the moment I walked in the facility, Mark at reception was exceptional. I waited for my partner at the bar, he made me the most delicious cocktail. The cocktail choices was limited, but he made me a delicious one. He even offered to get me a heater or something warm while I was still sitting there waiting for my partner. Checking in was easier and pleasant. He took me to my room and went downstairs to make me another cocktail and brought it up to the room.. Food was delicious, room service treatment at its best... The facility is so clean with reserved atmosphere. The rooms are so cosy and very neat. I loved the fact that rooms were soundproof, altought you could hear some movements but it was so discreet, nothing to complain about. Breakfast breakfast breakfast, room service, so delicious... Number one at its best. Then there is receptionist, Favor its her name, what a pleasant lady, so smiling all the way. My partner forgot his watch, I called them, Favor promised to investigate and come back to me, that she did, watch was found and will be kept for collection.. The place is situated in a very beautiful peaceful area. It was so easy to get there with GPS.. The photos on the website are not doing justice to the place. Its so beautiful.. I will definitely go back.....

TV doesn't have more options, limited DSTV channels, they should move with times and get Netflix, Showman, Prime.... The aircon light was too bright. It actually brightes the whole room at night when all lights are switched off and makes it difficult for one to sleep with so much light above your head and we couldn't switch it off as it was cold and there were no extra blankets in the wardrobe. Cocktails - there should be variety to choose from. Also a microwave is a must in every house 😀 please 😀.I think these are all room or areas for improvement in this beautiful place......Other than that I would be lying if say there was anything bad about my stay.

The hotel stay was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. Loved the room.

The spa. All the staff were lying on the deck chairs outside, eating and sleeping, with multiple guests present. The staff were lying in the only shady spot, which meant the guests were in full sun. The staff didnt seem to mind, as long as they were happy. The staff left the deck chairs covered in chips and food. Very unprofessional. They should be out of view of guests, and not using the facilities for themselves. The spa experience was also not up to standard, considering the price paid. The facial was not a proper facial, and the pedicure was just painted nails. No scrub or massage, as one would usually expect with a pedicure.

I had missed the check in time and only arrived at the hotel late, but luckily the security guy was there and heard that I might be coming so he let me in since the reception lady had knocked off. I appreciated the assistance to properly check in, in the morning.

I knew that I would have to check out early and asked for a breakfast pack which they agreed to giving me as I checked out , only to find out in the morning that they didn't prepare anything for me. So I basically left without having breakfast or having the option to eat anything later on.

My bedroom was so comfortable and spacious. The place is clean and tidy.

I did not like the way they do their breakfast. I suggest they should do a buffet so that everyone can eat what they want. So they limit people when it comes to what you want to eat. And we wait too long to get our breakfast because they have one chef who have to do all the ordered breakfast. So if it's a buffet people will dish up for themselves, they don't have to wait for 30 minutes to get their breakfast.

I liked how spacious the rooms were. Really loved the spa the ladies were sweet. The breakfast had various options and it was quite good. The whole stay was great value for money

The carpet was a bit musty outside the room, we turned on the ac and opened the sliding door so that helped. I wish the hot tub in the spa was operational since it was a bit chilly to swim outside.

This Hotel gets a straight10/10 from me. I booked this getaway for my daughter's birthday and wanted a hotel that had spa services within the premises. This place exceeded my expectations. From great breakfast, to the friendly and helpful staff and amazing spa treatment that we received. This hotel really delivered. During our spa visit, they baby sitted my 2 year old for me as we received our massages. Definitely going back here again.

I planned to stay overnight and then circumstances changed and I stayed for many more! Lovely, tastefully done room, and especially the bathroom! All the facilities I needed! Good, freshly prepared, very tasty breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff! Room was spotless!

The hotel is in need of a little maintenance, but nothing that negatively affected my stay!

It's been a while since I was sincerely impressed this much. From arrival till check out, all exceptional. Super friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Good anemeties. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi was good. Breakfast was great and the choice was impressive. The coffee was so good it touched my soul....

That I didn't stay longer.

The property, the room, the spa, the hosts from the security all the way to the facility staff, the hospitality and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile in making our stay as pleasant as possible was for us the highlight of our weekend. The spa, the picnic setting and everything else was on point and beautifully made up. Thanks to everyone especially Bontle and Boikanyo for making her birthday extra special💫🤩
