I didn’t have breakfast there, but I did eat at the restaurant for the buffet dinner, and it was really nice and delicious. The variety of food was great, and everything was well-prepared. The staff at the restaurant were also very good friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and had a welcoming atmosphere.

What I didn’t like was that the door took too long to open, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the elevator doesn’t show which floor it’s going to, and that made the ride a bit confusing and unpleasant.

I was supposed to add R200 TO GET A BREAKFAST, my advise please add the breakfast at you rate and is good to wake up in the knowing that you going to get a breakfast

if i booked for two person please add two chairs, we were struggling, and we share one chair and imagine two adults sharing one chair and please fix this one

Every thing is up to the standard except for the restaurant, we waited over an hour for wings and sandwich. We waited 40 minutes for the bill! Fries were cold and tasted horrible. The wings were worse! The hotel staff were amazing especially the cleaning crew.

Restaurant service is the worst! Not to mention the food!

What a lovely hotel, smart, professional, but in a very bad area. The room was neat but very small. The staff were really very very friendly.

The area is very bad and full of crime We parked our car and the parking was very safe with cctv cameras and took a uber to the rugby stadium

This is such a lovely, lovely spot. It's clean. The staff are super responsive. Just really a lovely place that I would definitely recommend to others.

There was one (small) issue, but I'll report it directly to the housekeeping team, because it doesn't warrant a public divulging.

I so much liked the executive suite with the bath and shower. It was spacious and comfortable. More conveniently very close to the conference room.

I did not like the wooden floor especially because it was creaking with every step. Your tray charge nearly blew my budget 🥺

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the rooms that were previously flats. I like the ambience from the wall paint, the by-gone era of the wooden floors, the windows and their blinds. The location of the plugs within the bedside pedestal was so convenient. And the friendly staff.

The lack of a sign to vividly show the entrance gate in such a busy street.

The room was comfortable.

There was no bottle of water in the fridge. The front entrance is not clean and doesn't match the inside. I was a bit hesitant to go inside because the outside was not inviting. They must do something to enliven that patio. There's a long walk to the rooms that goes through a parking lot. It's not so scenery.

I really appreciate the facilities and the kindness of the staff, And mostly I felt safe during my stay there😊, I even add one more night , I really enjoyed
