The gentleman who checked me in - Sir, you are the best. The way you checked me in flawlessly and treated me as if Im the only customer for your hotel. That was exceptional. The 2nd day I walked in early from meetings, you greeted me on my name. I could not believe that you remembered my name. You Sir, deserve a massive bonus and raise from the owners. The restuarant staff, you guys were also very good in what you are doing. I enjoyed my 4 days' stay and would recommend your hotel again and again!!! Well done!!!

The area is the only part I did not like. Looked very dodgy coming in at night, with lots shady characters hanging around on the street corners.

1. Security is top notch 2. Enough parking space 3. Good customer service from security, reception and the restaurant. 4. The hotel is always clean, quiet and filled with serenity 👌

There was no water on the last day of my stay there, and there was no back-up plan to assist the guests.

The staff, from the gate on arrival to the front desk, till departure were superb. The room was bigger than most/expected, the cleanliness of the room was really good, room set up and what was provided is more than adequate and the bed was super comfortable (we extended our stay for another night!).

Minor - Location of hotel is just off a very busy main road and there was no cloths or paper towels in the kitchenette for spills and or cleaning up etc.

The warm welcoming, the authenticity of the staff, Mrs Um Po, Mr Charles and all others with their smile and pure humility made my visit a heart touching one. At Court Classic Hotel everybody has been extremely attentive and helpful to me. I didn't expect such spacious and comfortable the room, well equipped. The ambiant of the yard was perfect. Thank you for everything.

The Hotel knew it was fully booked, but they were running around still trying to sort rooms out and unlocking rooms. I am not sure the hotel is used to being so busy all at once, it took us almost 40min to check into our hotel at the correct check in time. The saving grace for the hotel was that their staff are very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist waa very accommodative. Facilities arw cleam and the brealfast was really yummy.

The breakfast attended lady was a bit rude. When my husband asked for white bread not toasted she came with brown bread after explaining what we ordered she kept sigh with annoyance. I asked for condiments and aaid they only serve tomato sauce when there was otjer condimenta on full display thatt werr used

The rooms are spacious. I was upgraded to a private Suite which was great. It allowed one to receive visitors and still enjoyed privacy that comes a bedroom being enclosed. The room also a balcony. Felt like home. Restaurant serves great dinner with generous portions. Breakfast was also great on day 1. I didn't like the buffet on day 2, however they were able to prepare the chicken nuggets that I preferred. That was beautiful.

The balcony was not clean. They were traces of Refreshments consumed by previous guests.

The building is very beautiful outside with beautiful gardens and enough parking space. The breakfast is very delicious. Water is hot enough.

When we arrived in the gate on Francisbad street, was locked, with no sign of the main entrance. We were assisted by a stranger passing by, after hooting so long. The lady in the reception seemed so unsure and took her time to check us in. Family unit is big enough but need a serious renovation, beds are very uncomfortable.

If you are looking for a new hotel and 4 stars this is not the place. but if you want a great Big room like in the old days with all the things you need the Suit Hotel is Fantastic. Great Location great staff and large Rooms that have all you need. Restaurant is great food and Value fo money. I will definitly come here again!:)

The hotel can use a little renovation and breakfast can also improve. for the rest its great

The service was excellent, impressed by the family room which was very clean, water nicely warm,the food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful

I just didn't get decaffeinated coffee,but I had mine so it was not a big issue for me
