It was a very last min booking, they got the room ready and extra bed. Just the TV's, phones and internet hardly worked. And they have their version of bottled water in the room and it doesn't fit in the fridge. I prefer seal water. Just the shower in the suite was extremely slippery and hard to get in and out. Rather make it a decent shower.

The bar/restaurant service. The sad part is the food tasted soo nice and the staff did try and help but the kitchen is SUPER slow. even a simple toasted chicken may took over an hour and they weren't busy we were the only ones with an order. The road noise is one thing but there is pub or something that had party till way into 2am. The aircons are super noisy

There was no loadshedding for the entire stay. When I ask the people there they say never was there a loadshedding. I think I made a good choice. Receptionist Florina was exceptional from the start of my bookings to the day we left she even assisted us with our luggage to take it out when the porter was busy. She also showed us where to take some memory photos at the hotel. And one male Receptionist was very welcoming. When you need assistance they respond promptly That was for me excellent service. If few things that I have mentioned could be attended to that the hotel could go to five star.

The rooms were cleaned by the time we arrived no matter that I phoned and told the receptionist at which time we would arrive. I also found that the cleaners don't clean to perfection which i had to overlook. There were places where you could see that they were not touched. The maintenance is not done. The patio door towards the bathroom could not open the other side is not operating at all at Room 415. The same room and room 413 headlamps are not functioning only one side of the head board is working the other side for both head board are not working for both rooms. I don't understand that highly esteemed people go there but don't comment about service that is not up to standard.

The receptionist not good. The one receptionist has no hospitality skill, she has been very disrespectful on two different occasions. She has no courtesy and no respectful approach, she thinks I am her classmate. She has no ethics whatsoever. Many business people do not understand the value of the front desk. A Receptionist can turn a customer into a returning clients or into one that never recommends them. NB: I have learned that discount on Booking.com is no discount at all. The property normal rate including breakfast is same as booking.com discounted rate if you should pay for your own breakfast. So that’s no discount and should be rightly done. I am not stupid!

The property was clean, comfortable and providing delicious breakfast. Really it is a good place to be.

There are Two Things I did like 1. Lack of availability of hot water in our bathroom 2. Lack of control and monitoring of noisemakers (some of the guests that are under the influence of alcohol) and that result to restlessness.

We stayed in one of the limited ability rooms as my wife uses a wheelchair. The aircon stands right next to the bed, on the ground, so if you switch on the aircon it blows DIRECTLY on bed height on a person. Thats very unhealthy and completely impractical

Everything was of the highest level standard and the organization in general was superb.

Excellent accommodation, a stones throw away from the Union Buildings and Loftus. The staff were all very professional and friendly! Facilities were beautiful and very modern. Secure under roof parking was a great benefit.

Clean hotel with good service and excellent wi-fi. The white wine offer was great for a summer nights in the yard.

The breakfast. However it might be more of my usual food for breakfast and what was offered. The quality of the food was OK.

The shower is spacious,the hot water is very hot and the are is very quiet and peaceful 👍🏽

They do not have a mini bar fridge in the room... The carpet in the hallway had a damp scent/smell
