A bathroom door piece block when one opens a bathroom door it is on the side way of the bed, and it imposes an unsafe hazard that can damage a foot or toes of a guest. It should be removed or be placed at a better safe position. My wife nearly got hurt by it.

the staff was rude when they could t find our booking, tried to insist we pay the full price. the fan in the room took long to cool the room down

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and big, breakfast smelled amazing from my room,pity I did not book for it.

The bunk bed setup was very uncomfortable, I bumbed my head on the metal bed frame. The tv was very small. The bedding had black stains.

Everything went well the staff is very friendly and the go extra mile to make sure that they deliver quality. It was very clean and even the following day it was cleaned perfectly. The food was also good.... Thank you so much

Perfect location and cleanliness of the hotel. It's well maintained.

Improve the check in process. We have had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to check in with only 2 people ahead of us who were seemingly booking for first time. Mind you, I was with a pregnant wife. The security lady has a bit of an attitude and would also gossip infront of us. She just opened the gate and couldn't not even checked in the vehicle when we entered.

Staff can sometimes be rude but u don’t need to mind them, mostly this lady at the reception she gives u some looks plus some attitude but if u don’t mind that then u r good

The location was good for me, like the view, the room was comfortable. Check in was smooth

The was noise in the building and l could hear the tv playing from the other room

They swopped the room for me when the one allocated me was not ready.
