Its clean, for the value of money it had everything i needed except space which was not a issue because i was hardly around. Wifi is unlimited, hot water was available at all times. I loved that its quiet, peaceful and very safe that i have to say i never felt unease.

There was this one receptionist who got really upset because my son spilled coffee on the counter like she was fuming and a child is a child what must i do k*!! Him But either than that the overall stuff they are really nice pupil especially the Assistance Manager i was found of her and other stuff.

It's a pleasant place for overnight stays. Not suitable for long stays though as it doesn't have a fridge or microwave. Coffee station kept at a shared foyer. The room is small not much movement. Clean sheet, impressive use of space for a small room like that. Water pressure and temperature impressive. Definite value for money.

There's no lift, but not a train smash because the floors are not too high apart. The housekeeping staff knocked before our check out time, not a train smash because we had already showered and were ready to check out, but it could've been annoying if we were still sleeping.

I wish TV channels can be improved and have a bit of some newish remotes. I am a news guy and fell short of the news. What was more disappoint this time round is that the TV in the receptions is no longer working. That TV makes for a good relaxation somehow in the reception while sipping coffee and talking to friends or reading something light, etc

The location was very convenient for me, as it is close to everything that i needs during my stay in Pretoria and the lady that i found at the reception area was very friendly, helpful and courteous, she went out of her way to help me. And the free Wifi really did wonders for me.

The bunk bed was too close to the ceiling and it made me hit it all the time.

Loved the Breakfast you can order at the reception desk, comes packed in a brown paper packet, great value for money. Coffee is great at the hotel and you can help yourself as much as you like. Staff was brilliant, even printed 1 page for me. The room was exceptionally clean and staff was so friendly.

The receptionist by the name Ellen welcomed me with warm hands, informed me that she received my request that I'll arrive earlier, already she was preparing my room. In less than ten minutes I was taken to my clean room She made it easy for me as I didn't know the area ,adviced me on where to go for shopping and Salons Assisted with requesting the Uber and ensure that I was safe worst of all she will inform the next shift to check if I arrived safely safely I took the trip alone and when I got out she will take me pictures quickly and say show them you were at Pretoria Sun 1 To Ellen I want to ask her to keep up the good work and hope others will lean from her

I liked the free coffee and tea. The prices are good. It's a nice quiet place, close to a garage.

The A.C kept on switching itself off. Not sure if it was set to do so or it was a problem in our room. Rooms are a bit small so that was a problem for me because I'd wake up to a stuffy room. The entrance isn't clear, we got lost upon arrival and went to the garage instead.

I liked the location of the hotel, cleanliness and best customer care.

The space of the rooms are too small. The TV was terrible, not showing clear pictures, only one channel playing better. I did report from from day one, but it was not fixed. The rooms were 227 and 232.

Nothing I honestly did not like, we would just appreciate gowns and coffee stations in the rooms ,if they can look into that in the future
