Breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful and amazing, from security guard to Receptionist

The room that we were in was not cleaned properly, dustbin in bathroom was not emptied, took towels from our room and did not replace them until we saw one of the Cleaners for clean towels and there was dust on top of the safe, our bed was not made properly ( did not bother to shake the bed sheet to remove the dirt particles on the bed, just put back the bedding as if it was properly made)

The room was very clean and spacious. Big screen TV with dstv channels a bonus Bfast was fresh and tasty and included in the price New bedding and towels changed daily Bed was very comfortable Room aircon was great

No bottled water in the room fridge. You have to buy at reception for R35 for water per bottle Lunch & dinner only served to your room at a very high price. Cheaper to order Mr Delivery No social area to sit and relax and visit.. Pool area closes at 20h00. Bar very expensive. Cheaper to go out and buy drinks or bring your own Construction work on a Saturday at the student accommodation behind the Hotel was noisy by the pool area TV channels on analog. So channels very snowy when it's bad weather No covered parking either

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Their buffet is from 6:30 -9:30. I mean why wake up very early if I'm on a holiday? The breakfast doesn't have variety of food, no sausages or atleast beans. They made the most delicious chicken livers but when they were finished, they told us we were not getting anymore because they were for those who haven't eaten already., The rooms didn't have chairs

Breakfast was okay, a little variety on different days would be appreciated. The location of the hotel however was perfect and safety was ensured all the time.

a variety of food for breakfast for inclusion of all people. I came with my 2 year old and we were struggling to feed her at breakfast because there was nothing for her to eat, i had to buy sorghum porridge and ask the staff to prepare it for her.

The area is peaceful, making it an ideal location. The reception area is well-maintained and the receptionists exude a friendly and professional demeanor.

It would be beneficial to have a small beverage cooler or bar fridge, particularly during hot days. Additionally, consider adding doors to the cut boards/wardrobe for a more organised appearance, especially when you ain't alone or have visitors.

I liked the lady at a reception who worked day shift on the 5th and 6th of May.she told me her name but I forgot She was very kind, very friendly and very welcoming. Arranged my early check in time as arrived early . She was exceptional and very professional.

What I didnt like is the fact that no one came to clean my room on the next day. I left in the morning and came back in the afternoon still the same.

I did my booking online and I didn't notice that I chose smoking rooms .and I was with the kids the lady changed the rooms for me the following day

My kids were trying to use the pool,they came and removed them saying they are renovating the pool and it was not mentioned to us when we arrived

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the check in was quick and seamless. The family room was so convenient. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Fresh, tasty and abundant. Enough variety everyday. Housekeeping was fantastic. I would definitely go back

The chef lady looks too serious though, not a friendly approachable face. At one point during breakfast she came to our table and started clearing used dishes without greeting...unexpected for a mature lady like her. But I ddnt hold it against her. The room could use an upgrade, the furniture is old and the carpet a bit smelly. On our first night it wasnt properly cleaned, the toilet was a bit dirty. The fridge was so dirty, we couldn't utilise it the first day, our food got spoiled. But housekeeping made it up the following day. The location isn't great. Not safe to take an afternoon stroll. But overall the good outweighs the bad.

Breakfast was good. Location in terms safety was Good, we were so secured thumbs up except the design of road leading to your property is little bit confusing if you are first time guest more especially using GPS.

What I have noticed is parking. I struggled to get a parking for my car. Space for car parking is limited.

Breakfast was good even the ladies who was assisting she was kind.And I enjoy the food. Another thing I salute the security lady friendly and passionate about what she's doing

No I understand that all of your rooms you don't have the bath I was from an event very tired I needed to soak my body to relax that is why I recommend the roomthat has the bath.but rather than that everything was perfect 👌
