The facilities, the fact that we always had electricity even during an outage.

The breakfast was very bland. Like the baked beans they offered seemed like it came out of the tin and onto the plate. The chicken livers were also not very nice I think should send the chef for some training.

The location was central and convenient. The faced was beautiful and the swimming pool was amazingly very clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all our requests.

The parking space is too tight for big cars and SUV's. However you need to know how to maneuver your vehicle in order to accommodate other guests.

The pool and view. The housekeeping. The welcome and being able to choose the room. The whole staff was nice and friendly

The furniture… the bed, the chairs, the curtain rail.. and that we needed to book to use the braai stand. So we didn’t braai 🥲

I wasn't pleased when the morning staff came in when they had to make so much noise around 6am, my room was just near the entrance door, so i felt really irritated and annoyed that why should they make such a noise

It was clean and tidy.. We enjoyed our stay, with no disturbances

We didn't like the fact that they didn't check their things well i.e linen and stuff, when we were checking out they questioned us as if there's something we took.
