I like the price of the room rate and that the hotel was clean looking/smelling right when you walk in. Along with the rest of the facility. Our room was clean and all features that were available worked. We brought our own shampoo and conditioner out of habit, but the room only had one bottle of shampoo. Although I believe that if we needed more that the front desk would get right on it and get us some. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I know that they are aware of the building surroundings. We were having a hard time getting into the side door and they came out to help us get in. Breakfast it would have been nice to have a few other options.

I kind of listed them in the previous question. The only thing I really have is making sure that the Bathroom has shampoo and conditioner and enough towels. It would be nice to have a few more options for breakfast.

I loved the customer service... The receptionist was very accommodating to my needs to pay cash deposit instead of using my card . They promptly returned the deposit money when I checked out!

Breakfast could have been better maybe offer sausage or eggs for those who are diabetic . They offer waffles and cereal but syrup and muffins. Also the atm in lobby is not working.

This is my 4th stay in 5 years. The comfort level is excellent, water pressure is more than adequate, beds are comfortable. Biggest TV I've seen in any place I've stayed although I didn't use it. Can't comment on Wi-Fi as I didn't use it.

Breakfast wasn't much. Hardly any variety and wasn't well attended. Had to ask for coffee to be made. No regular creamer, only French Vanilla.

Wonderful hotel, great location and friendly staff! Our room was large with comfortable beds, a separate, large bathroom, microwave, mini fridge and one of the largest TV's I've ever seen in a hotel room.

My only complaint is the stopper in the bathtub wad broken!

Clean was a plus and the staff was very Kind and attentive to whatever need we had. Wish they had more breakfast but it was very nice.

Someone let they huge dog sit on lobby furniture so I never came to the lobby

The location was easy to get to with plenty of accommodations nearby. The room was neat and clean with plenty of space. The price was excellent. The staff was friendly. Would highly recommend! Will be staying here again if in the area again.

The room was spacious and clean had a side entrance great for our dog close to the highway easy to continue our travels The room had black curtains allowing us to sleep early

No atmosphere the side door stuck and was a struggle for everyone we know cause our room was next to it. The breakfast was minimal and the coffee was weak and not available until 6

Very clean and friendly staff.

Had to ask for additional pillows and blankets as there were 3 of us and the sofa bed had no blankets or covers with no pillows. Then I was asked what room I was staying in after I was given 1 blanket and 1 pillow. Staff should know what room I'm staying in, what was offered and what is needed.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good, nice selection, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had our 10 year old son with us and the pull out sofa was perfect for him. We ended up needing to stay an extra night and they had no issues keeping us in the same room. Just a very nice, inexpensive place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone whether solo or family.

First time staying at Hotel Glenpool. Super easy to book at a affordable rate. Location is perfect right off 75, just 15 minutes to downtown Tulsa. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean, fridge was bigger than standard ones in other hotels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (along with the pillows)! Housekeeping came without being requested. I stayed during the week and it was pretty quiet. Would stay again.
