The location worked well for us do to the things we wanted to do while in the area. The pool was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs and some tables with umbrellas. There was a covered, screened in deck on the back of the breakfast area which was really nice for eating and mingling with other guests. The bed was very comfy.

The breakfast was mediocre, at best, but it was very convenient for getting out and about early. We picked up a jug of bottled water at the local grocery store because the water and any drinks made with it had a chlorine taste. The room and lobby were both clean, but for the entire week of our stay there were a few Fruit Loops at the top of the stairs leading from our 2nd floor room to the lobby, though we often saw maids in the vicinity. Lastly, the outlets in the lamps and in the main room walls were all "loose", meaning we could not plug in our laptop or phone charger because the current was intermittent. The only outlet that wasn't too badly damaged was the outlet above the sink...

Well kept! We even saw them dusting outside! The pool was nice and the location is very central.

The man at reception, who couldn’t remember us despite rebooking daily with him for 3 days then on the 3rd day he tried to charge us for the beach (no they are not on the beach) I do not remember why they charge, maybe there is a pass? If so, we never got one. Also, it was on the 3rd day that he mentioned the customer club but would not give me credit for the 3 nights we stayed cuz I didn’t give him the information and booked from an online company.

Location, pool, pet friendly and area for pets to go to bathroom. Nice continental breakfast, staff friendly and accommodating. Plenty of towels in room, plenty of parking, property grounds beautiful manicured.

The refrigerator in our room was not properly installed in cabinet, the bottom of refrigerator hung over cabinet making it wobbly.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. They were excellent at remembering who we are whenever walking by or talking with them. It was close to our final destination. Lobby was clean and welcoming. rounds were maintained. Provided abundance of towels.

Would have liked a protein included in the continental breakfast.

Big comfortable beds and pillows. Full mini kitchenette with drinks maker so we could make a nice cup of tea (essential being English!) It was nice and clean and the shower was hot with plentiful towels even though we only stayed for 1 night. Easy to find and the included continental breakfast was all that we needed.

Bit awkward carrying suitcases up the stairs to the room - a lift would have been nice but it wouldn't stop us staying here again.

The staff changed my room when I asked for my handicap grandmothers convenience. Very accommodating. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was very convenient and helpful

The outlets in the room don’t work right. It was hard to keep my phone charger in the wall. But I figured it out. The breakfast is very small, but I brought my own food.

Location was convenient.

Our room was 218 and you could hear walking and neighboring room noise. The bathroom was dated and there was a couple of hairs on the fresh sheets, possibly staff. We did not complain.

It's hard to find affordable places to stay near Kennebunk. This place exceeded my expectations. Very nice hotel. Check-in was easy. I enjoyed the barbecue restaurant across the street, "Smoke" The food was fantastic.

I really do not have any constructive feedback. This hotel met my expectations and I cannot think of anything that could really have been improved upon. I didn't stay long enough to really use any of the extended amenities.

The location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was ok. I only had the muffins.

I would have liked housekeeping to visit more than once during my 5 night stay. My trash bin was overflowing by day 3.

We only had one small issue while there and when brought to Drew's attention, he immediately took care of it. Nice place, great pool, and a great BBQ place right across the road. A nice 2 nights spent here with comfortable beds.
