The location is perfect very close to the train station and with easy access. The staff were exceptional responding to queries so quickly and pleasantly. The apartment though a little dated was on the first floor, accessible by lift and provided everything needed for a great holiday

The lighting in the common area should come on on entry to the building and when accessing each floor. The lightswitch is hard to find and well into the building. The building works going on in or very close to the building though they took place in daylight hours

Self catering. Excellent location

Nothing. We enjoyed the whole stay. Only one criticism (and in no part is it the fault of the accomodation ) parking, quite expensive. But that is set by the local authority.

Location is great for the train station and the beach. Walking distance from a supermarket and some smaller shops. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner

Beds were a little hard for my taste and the traffic on the road can be a bit loud.

The property should provide a safety deposit box in the room. Also, the check in process was very stressful. I was contacted to do an online check in the day I was supposed to arrive. I was in the process of travelling and it was difficult to complete the task. Their website would not allow me to change the number of guests to 1, so I had to check myself twice and send 2 copies of my passport. Also, it asked too many irrelevant questions such as the flight number and time of the flight etc. Finally, the website did not allow me to enter where the passport was issued so I could not complete the check in. I had to contact booking.com and they had to intervene. They finally did send me a door code. This process should be improved. It is NOT acceptable.
