Beautiful home with secure parking. Very spacious bedroom and ensuite. Excellent storage, tea/coffee making facilities with snacks. Fresh water. Fab breakfast and very friendly hosts and of course Ted the dog.

Instructions on how to use the shower. It only stayed on for 3 seconds as hot and went very cold. There might've been instructions in the booklet but did not have time to read. On the shower wall would've been better.

The couple that run this B&B went above and beyond to help us with a flat tyre, including contacting someone and driving us there to get the tyre (on a bank holiday). The accommodation was immaculate and the breakfast was really tasty. Theres a smart tv in the bedroom with various streaming services on it which was a nice touch.

Ferney House was excellently planned, furnished and arranged to give guests a perfect stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished, each with its own en suite. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was tea and coffee making facilities which was very welcomed. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was top rate. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. We were attending a party in a local hotel and could not get a room there but we were so glad the hotel was fully booked as we got to stay in this gem of a B&B. We would definitely return here and recommend it.

We lovely everything about it.

The house is in a lovely location, quiet, but nearby towns are easily accessible and a good base to tour around Co Fermanagh. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay, The breakfast was superb with lots of choices of hot or cold or both! The hosts Jody and Carmel were wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning,

Everything was top quality hosts were very friendly and spent time talking and gave great recommendation to local restaurant Molly’s the accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed and shower were fantastic spacious room with tea coffee etc an excellent breakfast was provided lovely fry and plenty of other choices available one of the best bnb’s stayed in would highly recommend

Internet was patchy but that wasn’t a bad thing as phone free time was relaxing

The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were amazing. Joe and his family couldn’t do enough for us. He even prepared the putting green in front of the house.

Fantastic, even had secure parking for my horse box, accommodated earlier morning breakfast for us & helped put the box back on. Such a lovely well run place with excellent rooms & breakfast We slept like logs in the comfortable bed! I will now be a regular guest when I compete my horse in the necarne

We loved the beautiful view from our room. Our hosts were very welcoming and obliging- they were able to accommodate all our requests. We were also very impressed by the standard of the breakfast. Very good value for money!

Breakfast was lovely and fresh. They had lovely fruit bowl yoghurts etc. Perfect. They were lovely and friendly couple.

Only complaint. We didnt see any sinage for their beautiful house.

We had a short stay in Ferney house, attending a wedding not too far away. Carmel and Jody were so welcoming and the BnB itself was stunning. You can tell alot of work has been put into it. The rooms are modern and clean and we had the best sleep in the bed, so comfortable! Breakfast was great, and we didn't have to arrange a time, we were told to come down whenever we wanted and Jody would make it. Everything was 10/10 I wish we could have stayed longer. Ted was also a great host 😄
