Ann Marie in the breakfast room was exceptionally helpful and so very attentive to everyone according to their specific needs. Brooklyn in the Spa and treatment room was so helpful in getting me a cancellation for a facial and my grateful thanks to Michelle for the blissful facial and head massage. Best ever!

I'm an occasional smoker but the site of butts at both exits is disgusting for a four star hotel. Need to get that sorted now! Also itt had rrained during the night last night and the delivery of towels and bathrobes were left outside and they were saturated! Such a pity.

The food in this hotel is fabulous. Breakfast is very good as was.our evening meal. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Our drink orders came out wrong every time unfortunately . We were charged for Fever Few tonic but I hadn't asked or received it. I always have shweppes . As.it was on the receipt as Fever Few we told the lady at the bar and she said they didn't have Fever Few. We were actually paying £1.25 extra for every drink we bought for something which was not even available. She did not refund us or offer a free drink.The younger waiting staff are absolutely brilliant at their job, friendly and helpful .

The property was in a beautiful location. Although we had booked months in advance we still got a view of a roof and not the lake view we booked with booking .com . We stayed two nights and asked about a view for the second night . Receptionist wasn’t very solution based or costumer friendly . Told to come back tomorrow and she’ll see if she could accommodate us. It would have been nice to get a call in the morning to see if we wanted to move to a room with a view . Would have been a nice touch … but it didn’t happen . Didn’t want to chase them down .

The dinner service was very poor. Younger staff give off the impression you were an inconvenience to them. None of them looked like they wanted to be there . Lack of leadership and direction on the floor . Waited for desert menu but was forgotten about on the first night . Desert was 35/40 minutes coming out the second night. Floor staff lacked costumer service. Sorry guys

The facilities at the property truly exceeded my expectations. From the inviting bar and delightful restaurants to the beautiful rooms and breathtaking views, it all created such a special atmosphere. I can’t express how grateful I am to the staff for their incredible support in helping me plan my proposal to perfection. Their genuine kindness made the experience truly memorable, and I believe the stunning beauty and romantic setting of the hotel played a significant role in my partner’s enthusiastic "yes."

I honestly can't think of a single thing Killyhevlin could have done to make my stay any better.

We booked a three night stay in June 2024. We had requested a lake view but didn't pay extra to secure it. We were advised to check with reception on the morning after our 1st night as to whether one would be available for our second and third nights. To our suprise we were upgraded to a lovely mini suite with a lakeview so we were thrilled with this! Thanks to the staff on duty for making this happen. The lake view and the brightness of the room were a lovely bonus to our trip.

The space in the lobby is limited and there isn't a bar as such or entertainment which people might need to be aware of before staying. We still enjoyed our stay but this is something to be aware of. We did get drinks at the bar on one evening, and sat at the bar, which seemed to be the exception rather than the rule. The bar maid was lovely and very accommodating but it's essentially a bar in the resteraunt. Other than that, the views are spectacular and the staff were friendly.

The location next to the river with very pleasant on-site walks and views. The choice at breakfast, including the porridge. Dinner menu and dining experience. Enniskillen is a lovely town

No air conditioning on two hot nights. Electric fan provided, but still had to remove the duvet and sleep under the empty duvet cover. The key was only programmed for one night instead of two, giving no access to the room, and the wait at reception was long

I loved the venue, the hot tub on the balcony and the location in general. Particular shout-out to Lisa, the waitress who served us at breakfast, very kind and friendly. Hotel receptionist were very kind too. Rooms perfect, clean, welcoming and very very beautiful.

There were 3 things we didn't appreciate even if we'd like to come back. It's just a comment for future improvement. Staff at the swimming pool was not very friendly nor welcoming, mostly the older lady staying there looked annoyed overall. Lots of waiters in the restaurant at dinner struggled with English so it was a bit difficult to communicate but they were very very kind. I work in a 4star hotel and when we have guests celebrating special occasions we usually leave amenities in the room, or even just a card to make them feel special. I specified it was a special occasion but nothing was done. It's fine every hotel has its policy and habits, it would be much appreciated anything to make it special though

Everything is off and high standard, from check-in to check out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff in the kove restaurant at breakfast are fantastic even before 8am-especially Ann-marie (think that's her name) as we've been going there for several years and she greets us using our first names whic is lovely-like a family member.

Room extremely warm, no air conditioning. Fan was provided but weather was exceptionally warm

Loved the buffet combi of both continental and Irish. Soft eggs! The barmen spontaneusly gave us an ice bucket when he heard it was our anniversary.

The room had it all! Only thing missing: just 1 soap and 1 teaspoon for 2 of us. The shower could get a liquid soap dispenser like the conditioner.If there is a concern about theft, disposable plastic spoons will be fine🙂 Items not working: the bathroom extractor fan and the coffee machine. Put a sign up at the sauna with a time limit, some folks hogged it for socializing. Dont dim the lights too soon before health centre closes, its like saying to customers "hurry up, Im in a hurry to get home"🙂

It was just Wonderful, spoilt by a staff member when we told her the room we were staying the most expensive room, she said are you sure & Dbble checked twice,it made us feel cheap, the Rest of the staff were Totally Wonderful, & the Hotel excellent, I reported it to the manager ,but havnt had any feed back., ??
