Breakfast is perfect, very complete and delicious. The room is good, cleaned and big. The service is good and they are polite and kind. The transfer to Disneyland is the best because the timing is perfect to arrive at the park and to leave without worrying to grab a taxi or anything. The neighborhood is more local so you can also find many options of very cheap food. The gym is ok. I really recommended and would book again.

The hotel is beautiful but the should remove these carpets it would give a better view. This would be more an advice. They should have transfer to the other airport and also teh gym could have at least a few machines for leg. A bit far from the main attractions in the city.

Service, private dining room and excellent cuisine, location, layout of the one bedroom suite and tub, shower and all amenities. The place is beautiful! Luggage hold after checkout for the day at no cost.

The temperature in the room was so hot. We turned on Ac but it was only blowing air. We didn’t realize it wasn’t cooling down until we woke up in middle of the night. It would not go less than 25 Celsius. We lowered all three thermostats and finally turned them completely off. But, nothing lowered all night. We stayed here a year ago and loved this special corner room, high floor with huge windows. We paid more this year as well, but too hot to sleep.

Enormous room with huge separate bathroom and shower area. 20 minutes walk to a large shopping centre with Starbucks and close to the airport. Breakfast was great.

There were only two time options for bus transfers to the airport in the morning which were either much too early or too late for me. However, it’s easy to just call a didi, so not a big problem.

The breakfast was fantastic and the dedication to duty of all staff in that hotel is the best. The just provide a service because they enjoy their duty of hospitality; and not for tips as in some environments! Would use it again and gladly recommend it too.

upon our arrival at 2am due to flight delay - bad weather, the person at the reception was really horrible. the man was rude, not helpful and talking far too fast in very bad English. Luckily all other personnel was very kind and helpful.

Great value for money, excellent service, premium facilities, convenient location near the airport, close to restaurants and grocery stores (just around the corner)

Facilities are nice. The staff is very accommodating.

Breakfast is good

The shower cubicle’s door needs a water retaining strips. When taking a shower, a lot’s water came outside.
