We stayed for a second time in as many weeks due to returning for our car( it broke down) this time we stayed in the basic room- it was just as good as the more expensive rooms mi is the spa bath , it was great. Could do with a new mattress as it was a bit uncomfortable due to how many times it’s been slept on , other than that , everything was A+ , had everything you need and more and a very friendly welcome from the lovey man on reception.

The bed was comfy, the greeting from the front desk was nice. Easy parking, close to main street, easy walk to restraunts etc in Colac

My only 2 comments here would be the "splodge" on the window - looks like a drink had been thrown in the past and possibly not noticed by the cleaners since the sun probably shines in there when they are working. Couple of cobwebs dangling from the rafter above the bed too. (Room 11). Not really much to complain about since everything else was spotless.

Comfortable furnishings, adequate coffee, tea and small meal facilities. Huge bright bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Noisy Sliding door made it difficult to go to bathroom without disturbing others. Not a fan of the exhaust fan being integrated with the light as it's not always needed when the light it. Wasted electricity. 🙂 Great value for money.

No breakfast provided but the motel provided a fridge, toaster, crockery, cutlery and tea/coffee making facilities. We brought our own breakfast supplies and self-catered. As the motel is centrally located it would have been easy to access a simple breakfast in the town's commercial area.

Our stay was a simple overnight stay to visit friends. Nothing really to dislike. Colac is a pleasant, relaxed place for a short stopover. Suited our needs.

For budget friendly accomodation, this motel was very good. Room was clean and nicely furnished and decorated. There was a microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, dining china and cutlery, dining table and refrigerator with milk. Bathroom was modern, spacious and light-filled. Pool and BBQ facilities were great.

Quite a large property very open easy access and nice sized parking spaces. Room was a decent size and everything needed was provided

The bathroom was a little dated with loose veneer panels in the shower. The toilet rim was not clean on arrival. The price was a little high for a rural town on a normal weekend.

Nice room with seating area outside. Great shower - lots of pressure and drained well. Handy to have parking right in front of the room. Good location - close to supermarket and the botanic gardens and lake.

Quite expensive but better than alternatives available on the coast on a Saturday night.

Accommodation was very comfortable. All rooms are set back from the road so there was minimal traffic noise at night. Was a short ten-minute walk to the shops & restaurants in town. Bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated & were nice.

Room itself feels a little dated, but none the less was very comfortable & pleasant.

Breakfast was very good (bacon & eggs) I never realised that there was a cupboard that breakfast was placed in but when i spoke to the motel staff, they supplied me with a fresh meal. Well done.

As i was getting into the shower (on the outside tiles) they were very slippery and i fell over. It could have been disasterous but luckily it wasn't. Also, the fridge freezer part was not working and ended up throwing away some icecream that melted.

For an overnight stay it was a terrific location - very easy to find (being on the main road), close to the shops with an IGA only 200m away.

My only negative was the cobwebs in the bathroom - hardly a dealbreaker, but not very pleasant to walk into as I entered the bathroom. Having said that everything else was very clean.
