Location was great for me on my road-trip, really easy to find off the freeway. Room was excellent, spacious nice that it has its own attached bath. Bed was very comfortable. Liked that there were lamps in there since I don’t like overhead lighting.

Luckily I had camping kitchen supplies otherwise I would have had to cook with one very small pot for my daughter and I. Some basic kitchenware would have been nice. And a non sugary breakfast option would have been appreciated as well.

Everything was fine but the check-in was a bit of an issue. When we book with Booking we were told that everything was a go for our check in. We arrived and had to call the phone number on our booking and was told to leave a message. The owner called and wouldn't give us the code to get in until we gave them our drivers information and said we had no pets. This isn't a big deal, but we had to wait outside after a long drive, and no one was there to help us get in. Finally, we get the code, and all was well. If we had known, we had to give more information to get the code we would have done it earlier online. I know it's not a big deal but was kind of pain with no one there.

This is a room in a house with an attached bath. The place is very clean, the 2 beds were comfortable. Although I didn't get to meet the host Ron, he reached out to me via messaging and text and was very responsive to my questions. I liked that the place is about 10 minutes from Provo airport as I had an early flight the next day. I didn't try the breakfast so I have no comments. Overall, if you are looking for a clean place to stay at a budget, this place is unbeatable.

Nothing. It isn't hotel quality, but for the price, it exceeded my expectations.

Location was good. Price was fair. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the facility. The breakfast was adequate.

The twin bed in our room (#12) was a little hard (felt like there was a coil that was applying pressure up to the sheets). It wasn't too bad, but made the bed less comfortable. I also sent a message to host Ron to which he never replied about checkout procedure.

BREAKFAST SEEMED Quite lean, but something. Hot oatmeal cereal packets were good. Otherwise only a childrens ⁶very sugary type cereal. Sunny-D Tang like orange drink and milk and choice of hot cocoa packet and I think Coffee.. I would suggest adding herbal teas and cream of wheat packets and another no suigar cold cereal.

It seemed to be a Very Regulated breakfast.

When I arrived, I used the code they gave me to get into the house, and my individual room key was left in my room, along with towels. The room had comfortable bed and pillows. I requested an extra blanket and it was left on my bed when I returned to the house. There's a desk and closet in the room. Carpet was plush, room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shampoo and hand soap was in the bathroom. There was a toaster in the kitchen. The other guest(s) were very quiet. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a convenient location. There's a spacious shared living room with soft lighting and a 4-person table near the kitchen. A sign near the door told guests to take off their shoes upon entering the house. There were a handful of parking spaces by the house.

The kitchen had very little food available: Sugar cereal, peanut butter, bread, coffee, instant oatmeal, juice, a few other things. I found a toaster in the cupboard. There were several guest rooms in the house. During my stay, it seemed that only one other room was occupied. If all of the rooms had been occupied, it may have been difficult to use the bathroom when I needed it.

Price, comfort, area/location very convenient and located in a quiet/safe neighborhood, no noise levels/very quiet, spacious room with private bathroom, very easy and fast check in process and booking process. All around great place to stay.

The quiet!! There were 4 other couples there and you'd have never known it.

If I had to say something we didn't like........... No pots, pans baking sheets. We brought food to make for dinner ( just Burgers) but there were no pans, or cooking utensils?? There was paper plates and bowls and silverware but no cooking utensils.
