Hotel Integra is placed inside the very small and charming Old Town, near the old muslim minaret. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants, pubs and cafes around that offered very good, I would say excellent, food, drinks and great coffee. I'm telling you Bosnian coffee and local food is simply excellent! Not only is it excellent, it is also very cheap. People, maybe Trebinje is not located by the sea, but it is such a wonderfully atmospheric town, offering excellent cuisine and great coffee for little money, that you have to come here just for these reasons alone. Moreover, the town's location allows you to explore such wonderful places as: Mostar, Sarayevo or Stolac - which you must visit. When it comes to the standard of the hotel room or the hotel itself - I have no objections, because it is excellent and fully deserves 4 stars!

I'm trying to find some positive reviews of the breakfast offered by the Integra hotel, but I can't find any. Unfortunately... Unfortunately, the breakfasts were a big failure! If you are going to this hotel, book a room without breakfast, and you can order only breakfast on the spot. Then it is not only very tasty, but also very cheap! The breakfast included with the booked room was cold (the products were stored in unheated containers), coffee was available only from a drip coffee machine (there was no solid coffee machine), and there was no boiler providing access to boiling water. Moreover, it was often necessary to persuade the staff to replenish the missing amount of butter, bread or other products.

Nice and helpful staff. Big and clean room. The position is very central, just at the entrance of the old town. Which is great but beware: there are bars below your windows and there was live music until midnight when we stayed there (August). It was beautiful music, so i appreciated it, but if you want to sleep early, that can be problematic. Having a free parking just outside the old city is great.

Breakfast: It was really bad, little choose, and most of the things were not even good, I'm sure most of the things are from the day before... Honestly, you should skip the breakfast, and buy something at some bakery in the city. Still, definitely recommended!

Location is exceptional in old town. Jelena at reception was terrific. Charming, well-appointed, quiet rooms in a beautiful building annexe from the main building, with magnificent decor. All staff were exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful and every table ordered something off the menu with no worries at all. It was a very uncomplicated, relaxing stay.

Charging for in-room coffee (which we didn’t have) was disappointing. Even a basic motel provides complimentary, in-room tea and coffee. Probably out of hotel’s hands, but the archeological dig made a rocky mud bath from annexe to main building. It’s a trip hazard and not accessible for people with disabilities. They need a temporary plank pathway constructed.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was that it was too short. Everything was so perfect and beautiful that two days simply weren’t enough to fully enjoy everything the hotel and the city have to offer. Next time, I’ll make sure to stay longer to truly immerse myself in this wonderful experience.

Perfect location, super clean, friendly staff. Everything you want in a hotel was there. I especially loved the pressure on the shower and the shampoo/body wash provided; this is something as a traveller after a long day out you want to come back to your hotel and be able to enjoy. Location wise its mere steps to all the restaurants and bars

If I'm forced to find something unsuitable to us its maybe that room was a little unfriendly for toddlers with sharp glass edges on the coffee and bedside tables; but thats me being forced to find something we didn't like.

Everything was beautiful and perfect! The hotel exceeded our expectations! Excellent location in the Old Town (center of Trebinje), very friendly staff, delicious breakfast! The rooms are very spacious with lovely rustic furniture! The beds were too comfortable! The bathroom was very clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary things!

Nothing! Without any complaints! Everything was perfect!

It’s a lovely hotel on the old town but unfortunately the night we were there, the electrical system had gone down and the air conditioning was not working and they were experiencing some higher temperatures. There are some lovely big windows that would have been nice to open and have air flow, unfortunately our room opened up onto a late night bar with loud music playing till after midnight. Probably a room not backing onto the bar and we would have got a better night sleep

Centrally located in this beautiful town, just steps to pubs, restaurants, historic sites, and shops. Friendly staff ready to make arrangements if you need anything. In spite of central location, room was exceptionally quiet.

Perfect location, friendly and professional stuff, parking in front of hotel (5€/day), room decoration (which I don't like but) is perfect for hotel in historical, old, town. Room is very well equipped, big bed, sofa, huge TV (I hope it works, didn't try it), good hairdryer (not anemic hotel type), a lot of pillows, basket for towels (no need to throw them on floor...

Breakfast is choice of 3 types of eggs, one sweet breakfast and one "fit" breakfast. Coffee included. It's not that bad (taste and size are OK) but when you see Hotel location, room, general service, this breakfast is not appropriate.
