The hotel itself & staff were nice. Breakfast was great.

Immediately we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. We proceeded to exit the elevator as soon as it opened. We took the stairs which were outside.. The door at the next level was locked and we had to bang on the door for the maid to open. Once we arrived at our room, the door lock itself was broken and we couldn't get inside. Back down to the lobby for new keys which still didn't work. Maintenance guy never came. All that runaround and hassle was stressful.

Ive stayed at this location a few times and the breakfast is always great. Theirs an option for everyone for myself as well as for my picky eater.

The only thing i didn't like that was probably my fault was getting the room in the lower level the noise from outside was very loud could hear people yelling and music playing. My daughter and I weren't able to sleep.

Everything was perfect. I was impressed and the staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and great view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and I wish I knew where to buy those pillows!!!! So soft and cozy.

The only thing I would've liked is to start or offer the breakfast a lil earlier, like at 5am. I had to leave around 5:30am. However, I'm sure they would've made a special accommodation if I asked, but I didn't ask. Otherwise, everything is perfect here.

I like how all the rooms were like being indoors and the free breakfast also the room was huge also my son loved it because it was like he had his own room for a few days in the living room. The staff was very friendly from the time I checked in til we left 3 days later this includes the breakfast staff. I could not have asked to stay in a better hotel.

The bed was the only downside because it was too hard but we managed.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy and free. We were allowed to check in to our room WAY early (11:00am) which was very helpful. Staff were great. All around, I can recommend this hotel.

There were no negatives from our stay.

We stay here every year when we go to the sand sport show! We love the breakfast and the dinner munchies!!!!! It's a big savings on our pocket book and the restaurant also!!! It's nice to have everything in one spot with no hassle!!!!

Location was easy to get to. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Construction going on so it was noisy. A lot of confusion at check-in. That seemed to be booking.com’s problem though and not the hotel.

It was very clean

I choose the room near an ice machine, but no ice . I was told by house keeping to go to the next floor and no ice. 3 floor searching for ice. No ice. I also asked for extra towels and they never brought it up. Parking for guest should be free.

I like the breakfast, the design of the hotel and pet friendly.

There is not enough staff. The rooms is hot and I the thermostat can’t be adjusted. I ask for fan several time it’s not available.

I love that the bed if comfortable and plenty of space with the little living room .

The elevators were not working properly . The elevator would stop on floors that were not selected . I understood that it was busy with the breakfast rush but at one point I was in one elevator and it stop and jolted back up .
