We had a great stay at B&B Hotel Como Camerlata. The location is convenient, just two streets behind the hotel there's a train station, and the train takes you to Como city center and the lake in about 20 minutes. Very easy and stress free! The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and well equipped, with strong WiFi and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well every night. There’s a secure parking garage available, which was perfect since we came by car. It felt safe and was easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you're visiting Como and looking for something affordable, clean, and well connected by public transport. I’d definitely come back!

Easy parking if you travel by car. Quite OK breakfast (for 3* hotel) except instant eggs (?!). Not a bad location (if you have a car).

Many (economy) rooms completely without windows (?!). Noisy rooms if you want a room with windows, but you get one in the street side. Noisy room if you get one in the ground floor and some above you flush the toilete - everytime I had a feeling being in aquapark day or night. Noisy room if you get one in the ground floor and other guests want to enjoy air-hockey placed few steps from your room (and your head). Instant eggs for breakfast!!! (like in 2 stars hotel in Bulgaria). Cigarette smell in bathroom.

The hotel location was amazing, close to all amienites and transport. Room spacious and comfortable with a view. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.

At the point of arrival we have waited for over 10min with another people around to check in. After long journey to reach to the hotel we were all pretty tired, one of the customer went to look for reception staff. The assistant manager M arrived and the check in process was hostile. No welcome, no instructions just simply "next", passed the key and off you go. Is a shame because the place it self is beautiful and what normally make the experience beautiful are staff on this occasion I am highly disappointed.

The property is very well-kept. The hotel is great value for money. The property is located at a walkable distance from Como Carmeletta Railway station and connected directly by train to Milan and MXP (via Saronno). There are plenty of staff and they do a meticulous job of keeping the property clean. Another plus point is value-added sales at the property. The guests can get coffee, croissants, and other basic stuff for very competitive prices. This is extremely helpful.

Room temperature could be better managed. The roof cover was making weird noises at night.

The room was perfect. It was clean and exactly what we needed for one night. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and provided information on what to visit and what transportation to use to get to Lake Como. The hotel is 8 minutes away from the Como Camerlata train station, which made our trips to Lake Como very easy.

Nothing to mention.

Very friendly and supportive staff; quiet place and easy access to public transport. The nearby station is just 19 min. walk away and Milano (City-Center) is accessible within 50 min by train without changing trains for about 10€ return-fare. Very convenient is the parking-situation on the hotel-premises !!!

Our room was very spacious and extremely clean! :) We stayed for 5 nights and had a room without window which was no problem at all. The location is near some bus stops and a train station which makes going to the city center of como easy (takes 15-30 min depending on the connection). Also, the breakfast had everything one might need.

As children and pets are allowed sometimes there was some noise coming from the hallway but it was not a big problem.

Very friendly and very helpful staff! As in reception as in kitchen. Any question you have, you get detailed answer. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. For breakfast, there is everything you need for the morning. We parked our car in Hotel underground Garage (also possible outside on a hotel parking front of the entrance), and then used only train, it's 5 minute walking from hotel to "Como Camerlata" station, and then 9 minute by train to the "Como Lago" station which is directly on a lake, ticket is only 1,5€ and easy to buy with machine on a station. Milan central station is 30 minutes from same station Como Camerlata and costs only 5€ (fast train goes from Platform 4-5, not 1-2, :) 4-5 are not visible from 1-2 you need to walk underground, so don't miss the train :). We have been there 5 nights, never used a car. If you don't necessarily have to stay in middle of the city center, then this hotel is very nice to stay, we would recommend this 100%.

A very good hotel. Room was ready before check-in time, plus big parking in the garage included. Very friendly hotel staff explained to us what we could see in Como. Room was very clean. The breakfasts also deserve praise. They are very well organised. The buffet is clean and constantly replenished with fresh and delicious products. I am glad we chose this hotel for our weekend stay in Como. Thank you Guys, keep going, good work :)

Very uncomplicated check in and check out. The parking garage is large and secure. Rooms very good for a one night stay with a large bathroom and balcony.

There was only one outlet for the entire room. USB outlets were available but not working. Balcony was not really visually separated from the room next door.
