Breakfast was very good and enjoyed by children and adults alike. The family room was great for a short break with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. great balcony with views. location was fine , near the regular bus route to Innsbruck and the Glacier and very close to the Serles Bahn and tobogganing. Spar in the village.

A bigger table and more chairs in the room for the 4 of us would have been useful. We had a kettle but no cups? Information about the hotel and area in the room.

Lovely staff. We arrived late, but the check in was super quick and they were so kind to make us pizzas. We didn't have time for breakfast but we were offered free coffee and cake. All in all it was great, would definitely stay again.

Although the rooms were absolutely fine, all three rooms that we had were a little noisy. Especially in the morning, when guests walk around the corridors to go to have breakfast. However, it didn't spoil our stay because everything else was great.

The staff was great. Very nice cafe and restaurant in the hotel, both had great food and drinks and was relatively cheap for the portion. Easy to get on a hike from there.

I am alergic and I got a runny nose the fisrt time w got there, maybe the carpets are not cleaned that often, other than that it was clean. To get to stubai glacier you either take the car, which takes a little bit under 30 minutes or you take the bus, but the bus is almost 50 minutes and is pretty far for walking there with your ski boots on and with your skis.

Nice hotel in the mountains. We stayed there for a night as part of our honeymoon summer road trip, and the staff was so kind to present us a bottle of wine for the cause. They also provided us with recommendations on what to see in the area. The views from the rooms are everything! Highly recommend this place.

Everything is ok really. The rooms are slightly austere and may benefit from some renovation here & there, but generally it's great value for money.

The breakfasts were fabulous. They included all of my favorite breakfast choices. The room was comfortable, the staff terrific, and the location was very convenient. We could walk to the gondola, drive to Mutterbergalm easily as well as anywhere else in the valley, and it takes only 30 minutes to drive to Innsbruck. We also had 4 dinners at the hotel and they were all delicious.

Excellent staff, comes with free parking. The view surrounding the hotel was fantastic. Wasn't able to enjoy dinner at the hotel as the restaurant was closed on the day we stayed, but it wasn't a problem as a walk down the slope to the town centre is less than 10mins. Breakfast way exceeded our expectation. You may take a 15mins walk or a quick drive to the nearby cable car station to have a better view up on the mountain during summer.

The room key comes with an antique keychain, it's nice but it's a heavy piece of metal which is a burden to carry around while exploring the surroundings on foot. There is no lift so heavy luggage or elderly might be a problem.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The main criterion for choosing the hotel was a very favorable price compared to other hotels, free parking and pet-friendly accommodation. The room is warm and very clean, and there is a pleasant smell in the room. It is cleaned every day. Comfortable mattress. The area is just beautiful. The nature is fascinating. There is a very beautiful view of the mountains.

I liked everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings extra special. But what really stood out was the complimentary coffee—it was hands down the best I’ve had so far. Highly recommend!

Very tasty dinner, on a special recommendation from Miss Elena, good breakfast, nice room and great view of the Alps. The heat was so plentiful we even turned off the heaters for the night. The parking is large and easy to access, You can go on foot to Serlesbahnen in about 5-8 minutes on a foot path. Taking the cable car above Mieders there are beautiful trekking paths, children park, ski paths and in the summer an adrenaline raising mountain slide :). Stubai, Oetztal and Kaunertaler are all easily accessible by car and have beautiful views that stay with you for a long time. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant stay, the place has a good vibe and we will return this year if fate allows it. Special mention to Miss Elena as she is a wonderful host, she made sure we make the most out of our stay and her recommendations helped us enjoy a splendid time !

WiFi was not always high-speed, but not an issue for us. Mieders and this specific region of Austria do not allow for digital or media addictions, there are to many interesting things to do outdoors :)

The rooms were very comfortable, clean and cozy. The view was amazing and plenty of room for parking. There was an electrical issue so the restaurant was only doing limited food but they reserved a table at an excellent restaurant for us. The hotel staff were very pleasant and happy to answer our questions etc. There is a petrol station nearby which is great when travelling. Had a great stay and enjoyed enough to consider going back in the summer for longer depending on other commitments.
