The host, Stavros, was very kind and friendly. He offer to take us back to the airport and the most important for my wife was that he shared with us some rosemary and other plants from his garden. Hugs from my wife!!:)) The view which is amazing!! The area which is quiet, the ATVs are not such a problem with the noise over the night. Facilities were good, was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I really appreciate the bed because I'm tall(1.95m) and I had no problem with the length of it. Bus station is close, bus stop 5. Also around is a renting ATVs which was ok and I recommend them. If you want to catch the beautiful sun rise around Megas Gialos beach (10-15min) or to explore the north island beaches, monasteries this can be very useful. Net mosquito are very useful, especially in the night when the AC is not need it. Good water pressure at the shower.

Not so many days to enjoy more the stay. The hill can be challenging when you come with the luggage's. But if you don't rush, take few brakes then this is not a issue.

The owner kindly provided a meet, greet, and tranfer service, on request, from the airport and welcomed us very warmly. The view from the apartment balconies, of the coast and neighbouring islands, is absolutely stunning. The apartments are a 20-30 minute walk from Skiathos town, via the main road, and a short steep walk up a hillside. The effort of walking up the hill was more than repaid by the view and helped us walk off a few calories after eating wonderful greek food in the local tavernas! The nearest beach, Megali Ammos, is just a 10 minute walk away. The apartments were in a peaceful, tranquil location, in spite of being in walking distance of Skiathos town. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio. The accommodation had plenty of space and everything we needed. A cleaner came several times during our stay to make the beds and sweep the floor. The bath and hand towels were changed twice during our stay, which was a welcome and unexpected touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. Thank you Stavros.

After reading lots of favourable reviews I was very disappointed with the studio and facilities. The positives are good location and fantastic views. Close to the beach and about 15 mins walk into Skiathos Town along a busy road. Stavros is lovely and picked us up and returned us to the airport but charged us 25 euros each way.

Advertised as having a pool, but the pool is not on site and costs 5 euros each per day to use. Bathroom was tiny and very dated and smelt of dirty drains. Kitchen very basic no microwave.

We were there during Storm Daniel for part of our stay, which was concerning. Stavros was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make we were comfortable. Definitely going back there next year, to enjoy sunnier times! Stunning views from our balcony. Perfect location to walk into Skiathos Town, away from busier area. 5 min walk to beautiful beach Megali Ammos.

Facilities are not what they seem. Pool and pool bar not onsite & a supplement of €5 per person per day to use was not clear on Booking.com advert

Stavros was an exceptional host. Organised some beautiful roses and a lovely bottle of red wine as it was my girlfriends birthday and also our 2 year anniversary. Very kind and seeing to every need. The view from the room was stunning. The rooms were immaculate and had everything needed to make a comfortable stay.

I didn't dislike anything in particular, but something to consider if you struggle with walking uphill is that the room is situated quite high up. Also, another thing to bear in mind is that the beds are usually quite hard, but you can always ask for a mattress topper as we did.

Fabulous view! We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was nice. Close to a lovely beach, supermarket, and tavernas. Stavros was lovely. We had an issue with the bathroom on the first day, but it was quickly sorted, and we got a lift to the airport, too. 😊

Signage for the apartments could have been clearer, and there was no check-in arrangement. No hairdryer in the room. The very steep slopes to get to our apartment were a challenge. But you do get the views!

The Eye-Q resort is beautiful. The attention to detail in the room, fresh flowers from the garden everyday, the fabulous view, clean and tidy by the most fabulous lady and everything you need in the room. Stavros the owner, is probably the most kindest man I’ve ever come across. He rang a few days before to check in with me and to see if I would like picking up from the airport. I’ve never had such fabulous service anywhere I’ve stayed. This place is a little gem and I already can’t wait to go back.

Spacious 2 bed apartment. Air con in all rooms. Used pool at Nicolas 2 mins down the track, nice and relaxed/good food . Hill up to eye Q was ok for us. Easy to get to beaches. We used local beach and also went to achladies for water sports . Great value for money staying here. Meant we had money to spend on hiring a boat for the day to go around the islands. Great fun. Tsougkrias really nice. 2 teenage boys enjoyed wake boarding/ extreme tow behind boat. Loved jumping off rocks at Plakes plus walking into Skiathos town. Super holiday. Thank you
