we spent an extra night, first night & Geidias. We found this place to be more comfortable & the bk-fast verity was knocked out of the park. it was amazing.

The pillows were all to form so we all has stiff necks. & someone rang us in the middle of the night. plus we always stay in the handicap room, for obvious reasons, but someone early in the am kept ringing the outside button that would go off & flash.

The location is pretty great. It is right at the seawall and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. AC was very cold, the beds were nice, the breakfast was good, and loved having the balcony. The pool was pretty fun too, lasted hours in there.

The hotel looks pretty good, but it could do with some touch ups and upgrades here and there. My only major complaint is the outlets in the room. The phone chargers kept falling out because they are loose. We had to position our chargers in a way they would stay in the outlets to be able to charge our devices.

Paid 229 for hotel through booking, ran into a Hilton member they paid 193, kind of a big difference, and why? Seems like a scam when others are paying g for the same quality as you, and you get stuck paying MORE. Also, I booked for a view of the ocean, which cost extra, I had to lean over my balcony to even view the ocean.

I loved the fact the hotel was close to the beach and we could get there by walking a short distance. I loved the fact it was CLEAN and SAFE for myself and two young children.

I wish I had known the breakfast offered was coffee, juices, and premade muffins. I would have planned to bring cereals for my kids otherwise.

Love the hotel, priced excellent for someone on a budget . Close to the beach, walking distance & just overall happy with everything that was offered. Def plan on going back & now have a friend that booked their stay with the hotel.

We liked that breakfast was available and had great choices. The room was very cool and comfortable. We were able to take a great shower. Internet also worked well.

Found cereal on the floor from the previous occupants. Pretty dusty in higher areas of the room.

Nice location for what we went there for. The balcony was awesome.

They double charged our debit card when we checked in so it held the full charge twice. Waiting to see if this gets refunded or when have to deal with this tomorrow when bank is open due to holiday.

The hotel was super clean and crisp. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and fully stocked. I will definitely stay here again

I liked everything

First off , I'm writing this review and I'm still at the Comfort Inn,. ...this is my second time here,....me and my husband love it here, we live in Houston but when we come to Galveston this our place...All the rooms have balconies .This trip was our anniversary , and we lucked out and got a room with an awesome view (302 , Shhhh , that's our secret) best room in the hotel .it was quiet at the end of hall but u could see the beach very good ..I had to make my husband leave the room , because he found so much peace on the balcony, we had a fridge , and microwave...The beautiful lady at the desk,Michelle is so sweet and does well with guest and long lines at check in ...I went down to breakfast today, they had scrambled eggs and sausage , make your own toast and waffles, yogurt, cereals , juice and coffee, it was very nice, there was a young man assisting people , I thought he was a guest because he was soooo nice and sweet , just walking up to people helping them making waffles .... The hotel is some blocks from Pleasure pier and other things , walking will be about 30 minutes or so , but the Trolley is a $1.00 jump on that ....Grocery stores , and fast food is within walking distance(Jimmy John's is in the parking lot )...We love it here and you will too, we will be back ...

I like the fact that the facility was very clean the staff was very respectful always had smiles on their faces and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the location is great I recommend this to any traveling couples friends anyone this is the hotel to be at

I have no complaints about anything because I loved everything so there's not one thing I didn't like
