Friendly staff & clean facilities. The positive vibe and ambiance created by the layout was a delight! Small fridge in room, useful for keeping extra water and some other refreshments. Easy to use guides for arranging spa experiences or other activities like Safari drives, aerial cable trails or exploring the Blyde River Canyon etc.

The food from the restaurant took way too long and for people like us, who were in the hotel not in chalets we basically relied on the restaurant… But the wait between ordering food and actually receiving meals was too long and sadly disappointing… Luckily we found other alternatives around the area. Hotel bed appeared to be 2x single beds pushed together. Would have preferred a double bed in the double room. A balcony would have been nice as the hotel room is rather small despite being a double room.

The location is perfect, the activities within the hotel yard golf, tennis court, pool,.... Etc it's on point accommodating both young and old. I will definitely bring the rest of my family next time

At the restaurant the staff made me pay R100 less by a mistake and then came knocking at my room around 8pm, you don't know how she disturbed the best time of my life. I didn't like that

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, excellent facilities and the location was perfect for what we were wanting to do.

Shower handles for hot and cold water were difficult to work out, in the main bedroom.

The is comfortable and with all the facilities needed to a pleasant stay. Very nice swimming pool and good meals. Nice playing station for the children.

Everything was nice to my family holidays.

The breakfast was excellent and the room was excellent,the only problem was they did not refill the bath soap.Then regarding the pool it was raining yet it was clean well look after.The property was clean excellent location.

The view on the river and bush is excellent. Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful. Enjoyed the spa treatment and tennis.

No one informed us before the time that the swimming pool is under construction. The construction activities were very disturbing, when we visited the bar and restaurant. The road directions from the main road to the hotel was very confusing and not visible. In our chalet the aircon in the master room was faulty, the remote which operate the fan and the light did not work properly.

Environment, view, room etc

The menus are very poor—no initiative and very pricy. Die breakfasts were a disaster. I paid for B&B, and what did I get? A pool menu for breakfast where all items were tagged with a price. Post-Toasties alone for R25, and this is then what your B&B entails! It is an unfair practice to hotel residents who paid for B&B
