The staff was incredibly nice and friendly and we enjoyed speaking with all of the staff members we met. They were all friend Argentina or Chile. (at least the ones we met) The breakfast was fantastic, probably one of the best we have had at a hotel. The location was excellent, so close to the lifts and also to many restaurants and bars. The locker room was great and convenient. We also liked having a bar downstairs. Heat and hot water worked great, which is important. Overall, it was a good stay.

The rooms were very small. (in comparison to USA room sizes, European rooms sizes tend to be smaller.) The rooms were clean, but very basic. The beds were on the hard side, so if you like a firm mattress, you will be happy.

Hotel was colder than usual in our room and bar area. One male member on the reception was not very friendly and was quite miserable, but all other male and female staff were excellent.

We booked the hotel as a large (35+ppl) group to go skiing - and the hotel was great. Fantastic value for money - the rooms were clean, and spacious. The breakfast every morning was incredible - fresh fruit, pastries and even a chef making bespoke omelettes or eggs. Would highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly and competent and good bar with lots of tables. Close to the ski lifts.

The rooms were didn’t have closet, no place to store clothes. The spa was paid. Food was ok, could be improved in the variety.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff also supplied a breakfast bag for us for our return coach journey as it left before breakfast started.

It can be a little noisy from outside, especially if you have the windows open.

The hotel is spotless. The beds in the rooms are really comfy. The teenage kids really enjoyed all the games available in the bar area (Chess, Pool, Board games, Cinema etc). Access to the ski slopes is really nearby. Central location with all the bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are exceptionally friendly.

I can't think of much the hotel can do to improve.

I had an excellent experience in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable staying. I'll definitely repeat next year.

We got a broken window so we told the staff. The hotel was fully booked so they told us that they will change our room the next day and they gave us a 1 hour free at the spa. They apologized and was so nice. The location is very good ! The breakfast was good. And they have lookers for your ski equipment.

The staff were amazing and very helpful with any requests we had. Everything is also within walking distance from the hotel which is great, you can walk 200m and ski down the slopes.

The rooms were a little tiny and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but nothing major.

Hotel was very near the ski lifts and very central. The bed was super comfy and the room was spotless. The hotel Bar was very comfy and had a nice atmosphere. Very varied breakfast, Lots of choice and well organised.

The sound proofing in the room could be better. Was super quiet for the first few nights but with more rowdy guests you could hear through the wall. Have yet to stay at a hotel though in Pas De La Casa where this is not an issue. Wasn't a big issue as most guests were quiet.
