There were two beds which were large and really comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fridge, iron and ironing board, large TV, microwave and other items. It was clean and had nice laminate style flooring. The lodge itself was really big with free underground parking, and it was located next to the river with about two minutes walk to the town's main avenue with all it's shops, bars and restaurants.

We stayed for two nights and the large fan in the room kept it nice and cool the first night but it wasn't quite as effective the second night after a warmer day, but using it to draw cooler air in from outside the open window helped a lot.

The location was perfect for places to walk to and for the venues we attended.

The only things that were frustrating were: 1. The hand/shower soaps and hair products were difficult to use. The pumps would not work well. 2. The guests on the floor above us were extremely noisy with a lot of thudding and jumping noises pretty late at night and then again early morning.

Perfect location close to the main street with food and shopping, and the parking spot included in the booking is a big plus. Rooms were sizeable, all amenities as stated and good value for money. The reception staff was fantastic - extremely friendly! Happy to come back.

Location near town, gondola, and we were on stream side. Staff were very kind in person. Nice view of town from deck.

Well first off our tv did not work in living room. I called front desk and tech number and got no answer so we had no tv our first night. Next day tech did call up and they said it was remote and call front desk. I went to front desk and told the the problem and the replaced the remote and that worked. Place was fairly clean but there was a bottle with cigarette butts on the deck. The dining room table had dried tomato sauce on it and a big dirty eyelash, I kid u not. I thought it was a catapillar at first, ha. And a bottle cap and food crumbs in the bedroom dresser drawer. Also the carpet could use a cleaning.

The location was great and it was great that our room was ready a little early for check in.

It would have been nice to have seen an employee out front when the emergency alarms went off and we had to exit the building. Since we didn't know how long it would be, we just decided to hang out in town.

The location is fantastic, a short walk to Main Street, ski bus stop at the hotel and just across the road from the arrival of the 4 o'clock run.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the carpets are old, as are the heating systems and the bathrooms. The price is not commensurate with the condition of the property.

Great place to stay and right in the middle of Breckinridge. Friendly staff, clean and well kept facilities, nice room and beds, lots of amenities. Would stay again.

Everything was great. Except the fact that I had to wait roughly 10 minutes for check in. Once someone noticed I was there and helped me, it was a good experience from there on.

The stay was great overall!

The only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 is due to the interior lock on the condo door. While it did lock, it wasn't secure enough for a toddler — the door would still open if the handle was pulled, which isn't ideal for a 2-year-old.

location was excellent. covered parking was very appreciated, especially that we could stay thru the afternoon of check-out!

these are both a little bit picky based on our specific room and room type…. the room for the toilet and shower were really tight. if the door opened out into the vanity space, or was a pocket door, it would’ve been a lot more comfortable. also, our room windows looked right out onto the patio. I had to sleep with them open to get cool air, but it was a little awkward from a privacy perspective.

Our condo was facing the river, so when we sat on the deck, you could hear the river, and the view of the trees and river were beautiful. The condo had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our laid-back time. So close to downtown yet quiet enough to not feel that close. Easy to walk to restaurants so you don't have to always be getting the car out. Would definitely stay here again and would love this same condo.
