Perfect location. Close to the center of Kyustendil. The room was clean and cozy. The reseptionist was very polite and helpful. This is the first time in Bulgaria when we felt really wellcome with our dogs thanks to him. I recommend the place for people traveling with their pets.

The owner of Rooms Sonata was impeccable, very kind and helpful, a gentleman I spoke to and enjoyed meeting him, spectacular.

We had 2 room at the hotel. Both were en suite. I liked the bed but the other members of the family didn't. The room's were very warm which was nice. It had a good location. Directly across from a supermarket and close to restaurants. We were there for a competition and it was walking distance to the venue. There is a car park across the road. We arrived after 4pm on Saturday so it was free for our stay. Pets were allowed which suited us.

The walls were paper thin and the shower head had a leak. In our room but the other room was fine.

The room was clean, there was a sink in the room. There were 3in1 coffee left for us in the morning. It is near the centre. There is a big supermarket in front of the hostel.

The TV is old, the buttons didn't work well. The fridge in the corridor didn't work.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Good location, freshly refurbished toilet, and shower.

Rooms are quite basic, and the furniture old, decorations tacky.

Uncomfortable bed and pillow, smell of humidity in the bathroom, not even jug for boiling water. I got approval in the message on booking for an earlier check-in but the room was ready after an hour and a half.

The rooms are located right next to the main street and the price was good.

I know that you cannot expect much for this price but the rooms should at least be clean, which wasn't the case at all. The bathroom was also very dirty, event dirtier than many bublic restrooms. Also, our room for some very strange reason had a window towards the hallway, which was a problem, because the lights in the hallway were on all night and therefore shining in our room, which made it hard to sleep. The last inconvenience, which is not the fault of the owners was that the rooms are located on the central boulevard, which was very noisy during the whole night. This might not be a problem during the colder seasons but it definetly is during the summer since there is no air conditioning and the windows has to be open the whole time.

Very noisy outside all night and hot inside. So you have to choose to sleep with windows opened in noise or with windows closed in sauna. Also floors were dirty.
