The location is perfect! The host was very responsive and polite. We found the property quite fast. There is paid parking across from the flat so you can see your car from the window. They gave us a baby crib that was very cute and comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was that it could have been cleaned better. I made a couple of photos for reference. It's not that bad, but the dust was quite visible, and being with a small child, it made us concerned.

The offer is what they advertise and more. They have at least two locations in the town, near or in the center. All apartments are well-equipped and clean. Easy access to shopping areas, restaurants in the city center, banks

It's not advertised so it's not really a minus, but be aware that parking in the area is an issue, maybe park in the city mall is a better idea than looking for random parking spaces...

Great location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk from property The property itself is great ... I had booked a studio room and a large suite, both of which had balconies.

There is no front desk so you will have to coordinate with the owner in order to collect the keys. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, so there was some delay in getting into the apartment. That said, there is an office for the apartments, so if you arrive during working hours on a week day, chances are that there will be someone to hand over the keys. There is no elevator in the property - our rooms were on the 2nd floor and entailed lugging up some large suitcases

Nice, roomy, and clean apartment in a new building. It had two balconies on opposite sides. The design was great, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with two small malls and several restaurants nearby. The apartment included coffee and tea supplies, a fridge, and a small kitchen, making it possible to cook and eat in.

There were two minor downsides. First, there's no dedicated parking, so you need to find a paid spot on the street or park in the nearby mall (but it is manageable). Second, the building surprisingly lacks an elevator. Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and climbing the steep stairs was tough each time. Luckily, we only stayed one night and didn't have much luggage; otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient.

Very good central location, close to most attractions of Blagoevgrad, as well as to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. Modern, clean and tastefully furnished studio, comfortably air-conditioned. Excellent communication with the host, friendly and helpful attitude. Complimentary coffee/tea and water upon arrival.

Can get a bit noisy at night because the city is bustling with life, especially during the summer season, and the hotel is very centrally located on a busy pedestrian street. Thankfully, with windows closed and curtains drawn, most of the noise is quite efficiently blocked-out.

Boutique Apartments Blagoevgrad offers a modern and comfortable stay right in the heart of Blagoevgrad. The apartments are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed, with some featuring two balconies that provide lovely views and plenty of natural light. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the town's main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring.

The air conditioner does not effectively cool the room, which was uncomfortable during the warmer months.

It wants an elevator and a second reconditioning

Spacious apartment on top floor (actually 2 rooms and a small but coquette dining area), with 2 (two) terraces, one of which offers a nice view over the main street. All the necessary facilities, everything nice & clean.

Actually everything was fine, but be advised there is no elevator in the building. If you're old enough and/or have some health issues, be sure to ask first which level is the apartment situated - or place a special request in order to make sure you won't have to climb too many stairs. (Ours was on the 4th floor, so we had to carry our luggage all the way up).

It's a place that we visit almost every year, on our way to Greece. It's in a nice little town, right in the center of it, next to many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and with nice large beds.

It has nothing to do with the property. It's downtown, so you have to pay the parking during the week, which is a headache, because they don't have an app for it, if you don't have a local mobile number you can't use de SMS system, and I had to run around the building at 8AM to find the staff, that take only cash. Found them after 40 minutes, but it was a healthy morning walk. :)

The location, the decoration and atmosphere of the room (8) , good hot water, coffee and other extras are very helpful in the room. The staff (through communication) very kind and helpful. Cosy, relaxing. Nice balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows :)

In general it is very very good. Nit-picking: No space for stand for having your luggage within the room as the space in room is very tight. I would change the location of the mirror so that it makes it more functional. Bathroom door cannot open totally so you cant use the basin in its entirity. Also shower water doesnt go down as fast making fear that you will flood the bathroom :).
