The room was quite enough for one night. Clean, surprisingly wide, shower equipped, tv. The personel was very kind and receptive to our demands / needs. Internet was good.

The hotel should be defined as an economical one. Everything was tight, the reception, the stairs, the hall who leeds to the rooms, the shower was uncomfortable, bad drainage. No fridge in the room. Wall cracks, spiders in the room, old furniture, funny smell. No hotel parking.

Very good location in walking distance of the center. Car can be parked on free public spaces in the street right outside the main entrance. Very helpful staff. The room was very large and had a balcony and a fridge.

The router on 3rd floor wasn't connected to the internet. When I noticed that they immediately rebooked me to the same room on the second floor (which unfortunately didn't have a fridge anymore;-). But good internet access was more important for me.

Friendly staff with a great location near the center. The room was large and very clean, and I loved the balcony. Decent value for the money. Would stay there again.

There was no elevator, only stairs. And It is a bit of a hike uphill to get to the hotel. If you are carrying a lot of stuff from the bus/train station, try to get a taxi.

The position. The position to AUBG is around 10 mins, while with the train station 15 mins and the city center is just 5 mins. Also consider to hike to the cross, which takes 15-20 mins by walking... Valuable and reasonable hotel to sleep for 3 days or a week if you are planning a trip to Blagoevgrad region.

Hotel is situated close to the city center, in quiet area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. For one night this is enough. Great view from the balcony. Great staff, very helpful and welcoming.

Shower is in the toilet, and when you take the shower everything is wet, including towels. Also there was a whole in the floor in our room.

don.t ask for breakfast, it.s just a piece of bread with tea/coffee, they have no kitchen.

Big room with a nice, big balcony with a view. The hotel has two parking lots, I had the use of one of them. Close to the city center.

The bathroom is small with no shower cabin (but the drain is very good so the water doesn't stay). For some people can be a challenge to go 4 level by stairs

The Alpha is great value for money. The room is well-equipped and the bathroom sizeable with an excellent shower. It is located not far from the main pedestrian street and is reasonably easy to find. The staff allowed us to park our bicycles in the dining room.

This is an affordable centrally located hotel with friendly staff. It was clean and it had a large room. I would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable stay.

Nothing. All was great for my stay. An elevator would be nice but it's an old building so it is understandable there is no elevator. I made a suggestion to the front staff as I left that they might consider making 2 rooms in the old restaurant area for people who can't use the stairs.

Excellent location, quiet street. Close to very nice restaurants and shops. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Beds and linen were amazing. Bathroom was smal but functional. Very large choice of TV channels

There should be a fridge in the room.
