My family and I absolutely love the ambience and atmosphere of the hotel. The location of the hotel is easily accessible by car. Able to find variety of food in and out of the hotel. The suite room was super large, perfect for a family of 6! The view from the balcony was magnificent as we are able to view the mountains and beautiful nature. To top up our wonderful experience, staffs were extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Will definitely come here again soon and recommend this place to all our family and friends.

Perfect Getaway. This is my 8th time at Haven and all I can say is my admiration and love towards this whole resort just escalated every time. Today I’m writing a review to personally thank a few staffs that were very helpful. First, I would like to thank Ms Rainy(sory if i misspelled) for helping me get my sweater back. I accidentally left it in my room and was very hesitant before calling the reception thinking it might not be possible for me to get it back. But Rainy who answered the call, took the effort and made the whole process seamless. Just after 3 days of checking out, I got my sweater. Thank you! God bless. Also, I would like to mention Mr Joseph, who always welcomed us with joy and kindness everytime he saw us especially during breakfast. Such a beautiful vibe from the staffs that just elevates our experience entirely. Kudos for the amazing work from the management team of Haven. I will surely be coming again sooner than i think! 🥳

Absolutely nothing

The location away from the busy Ipoh town was ideal for a getaway, for some peace, fresh air and natural ambience. The suites had many rooms and was spacious

The suite itself could be cleaned better. There were some dirty corners here and there, being such a large space, there should be more attention to cleanliness. The pillows were not great, they were mostly old and worn out. The pillow cases didn’t feel thick or luxurious enough. I prefer the thick sheets. The unit should have more clean utensils and dishwashing soaps and hand washing liquids at the sink. The glasses and mugs were old and cracked. I think they could be replaced.

Liked everything at this property. It was our anniversary trip and as requested we were given a room at perfect height with a breathtaking view. Didn't feel like leaving the property and go somewhere else. Enjoyed watching the clouds hovering over the hills from my bed itself. We were given light snacks and enough tea,coffee which could be refilled everyday. Lakeside restaurant was fab as well. Specially want to thank Mr. Tanvir for going extra mile everyday to assist us during our meals. Even though it was packed at 14th Feb night, he was able to arrange a lake-side seat for us which was also beautifully decorated.

Ar night no lighting on thre surroundings like the pictures

The view is breathtaking! I love nature hence waking up every morning with the view is a amazing. Spacious and rooms are clean and well maintained. Daily snack is provided. Location is easy to find. Love the jogging tracks and yoga base. Wifi was ok. Special thanks to Mr K7 to accommodate my request for room upgrade and allowing us to view the property before making decision. We enjoyed our stay!

1. To add more variety on breakfast choices. 2. Each blocks security should provide umbrellas during rainy days. 3. Breakfast time can be extended as the coffee house is small and peak hours is crazy!! Food wasn’t replenished quick enough. 4. Guest toilet near badminton court was dirty, frequent washing is needed and no soap!!!! 5. Rooms :- TV channels is too basic , it’s boring for long stay as badminton court is fully booked. can consider Netflix or Prime Video in the future.

-The resort is an iconic place, very nice view and located on nature beside beautiful mountains and lake -swimming pool is big and amazing -staff, especially Mr. Mohammad in the restaurant was very nice -However I booked the city view ,but the view is still amazing -Big suite and quite clean, but it needs some renovation - All snacks ,drinks and coffee capsules are complimentary and refilled everyday once for free which is a nice touch -Very fast check in and out -Near to Lost world of Tumbun theme park

-The breakfast is fine ,but it needs to be more variant for different people taste - More restaurants are required in such a big resort - If washing machine is available ,would be great - The fridge was not that clean -The Dolce Gusto coffee machine bar was not function well,but it works

- Gorgeous outlook over the lagoon. Get a lagoon view room if you can! - Strong WIFI signal - each room had its own access point - Uncrowded at the time we went in early July - Beautiful swimming pool - Super spacious suites with separate bedrooms

- While we were appreciative of eventually being granted an early check-in after a torturous red-eye flight from Sydney to Ipoh, it certainly took a bit of pushing from our end before they were agreeable to our request. The resort itself was half empty, so perhaps there needs to be more flexibility given to staff to allow early check ins. - The location near the lagoon is amazing, but this puts the resort relatively far from downtown Ipoh and you certainly need a car or access to the Grab (Uber equivalent) service. It was a 20 minute drive from downtown Ipoh / Canning Garden.

- When I visited it was very quiet, so your experience may vary depending on when you go, but we had a great stay at this resort. The pool was great, we were given a top floor room when requested and the room was MASSIVE! Everyone was friendly and the amenities were more than sufficient. The gym was great, the pool amazing and the scenery perfect. It is a little far out but you can get into Ipoh for around 15 MYR so it wasn't too bad. It was also lovely walking around the track and taking in the morning/night air. - Also, a big thank you to Miguel in the restaurant who was incredibly friendly and kind, giving me home-made juices when I told him i felt sick.

- It wasn't as clean as other resorts but it didn't take away from the stay at all. There are so many apartments as well so I imagine it can be hard to maintain every apartment, especially during the low-season.

I had a wonderful stay at the residence, the room was cozy and charming, offering stunning views of the lake and the surrounding hills. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the lake. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, shredded meatloaf and local dishes. I enjoyed taking walks along the lake shore, watching the sunrise and sunset, and relaxing by the pool. This is a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it and I hope to come back soon.

Some possible improvements: Shower water pressure in the morning is too low. It is understandable that there are many guests using the water at this time, but for a resort of this stature, this should have not been a problem. The pony looks miserable, maybe improvement to its home is due.
