Good food. Good room. Great staff especially Anas the room service guy was great help.

I requested early check in and got confirmation at 11 am. I arrived and they told me room is not ready.

Location, price, and staff were very good

Towels were very old, and their color turned to black from white. Its time to change them and the room needed more cleaning efforts. I ordered food to my room but I noticed that they sent me a dish of fried potatoes instead of Kubbeh.. while the price was not changed

They have annoying cleaning routine , the cleaner should pass by the room three times a day till u open once at least ( he passes from early morning maybe 8 AM then 11 AM then around 3 PM ) and he knocks as hard as he can . - The problem is that they have -don’t disturb- with -clean my room- in same template ( paper ) so if you put one of them someone might flip it and it become opposite meaning , they should provide them in different templates . - The other thing is for the hotel as company , its better for them to open more air for the refrigerator because it can’t breathe and it becomes too hot and don’t work well , so its better to open more air space for it . Other than that everything was fine ..

The process of booking the room was quick and easy, and when I arrived at their location, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, especially to mention employee Asem who helped us through the process , very professional, positive and super helpful person. What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. They were Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience booking a room in Amman. The exceptional service and knowledgeable staff made my trip even more enjoyable. Good staff Good location Room is clean and tidy

Theere is not view at all at 1st floor from the window. The rooms are not soundproof at all. Double rooms are actually 2 single beds together with 2 mattress which is uncomfortable. Breakfast is good despite the pastries which were not fresh at all and old. Parking ia not easy. Otherwise everything is good

The staff were really friendly, Mr Asem helped us and welcomed us. He, together with the kitchen and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodated all our needs. The breakfast was great with a veriety of foods. The room and facilities were as per the pictures. The pool was really nice and open till late. The hotel was across the masjid which was the best as it was so convenient for salaah and hearing the beautiful azaan.

The location is close to food, supermarket and other facilities but not to tourist attractions. It wasn't an effort to get there as careem was around 8 dinar at the max to get to seven sleepers and less to the others.

Rasha is a great addition to the team at La Casa always going out of her way to ensure rooms are clean and takes good time to ensure the room is spotless and adds that extra detail. Always smiling and great face for the hotel . Abu Mohammed is a great security guard too very courteous and a great gentleman.

Often the reception team would ignore requests made about the tv or card entry and didn’t have the best customer service

The staff was very good even the ones at breakfast time. The rooms wr quite good and comfy. The breakfast was average. Location was also very good and parking was good. Just a bit on top so if u walk it wl b wd effort. Washroom accessories wr also good. Refrigerator, heating, kettle and tea items all were amazing. There were very good big windows. Big cupboards. Good space to keep clothes.

Washroom had muslim shower leakage that they tried to fix soo much but it wasn't able to get fixed. Breakfast in this price was veryyyy limited not at level of this hotel.

I recently stayed at La Case Hotel for 8 days. Overall, my experience was good. The location is perfect, and the staff is kind and helpful.

However, I found that the price was a bit high for the value provided. Additionally, the rooms could be quieter, which can be an issue for visitors who need to conduct meetings or work remotely. With some improvements in these areas, La Case Hotel could offer an even better experience.
