My brealfast was good; my husbands experience was the opposite.

The breakfast started off on the wrong foot. My husband got cereal, poured the milk, started to eat and the skim milk was sour. When he asked about it, he was told they were out of anymore skim and only had regular milk, no apology, etc. If I had not started eating myself, we would have left. The breakfast I ate was quite good; however, his negative experience ruined the meal for me as he was quite irritated and felt as if the staff could have cared less. The breakfast at over 35.00 for two is a bit overpriced.

Everything about the hotel was awesome, clean, and professional. The staff were kind and courteous and very informative. The restaurant food was superb! This will be my preferred hotel when visiting Macon Ga.

Well, with my military discount, the receptionist said my room would be 143.00 verses the 206.00. However, 255.85 was charged. The receptionist told me that the 110.88 overage will be returned to me upon checkout, I've checked out for 13 hours, and it hasn't been returned yet. Perhaps it's because it's a weekend , not sure. Let me be clear, I'm not upset about this because the hotel was awesome, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying there!

we enjoyed the wide selection of breakfast options, the breakfast area was bright & cheerful & Laraine was wonderful, just so welcoming & cheerful; we so enjoyed talking to her! We were particularly pleased that we could order a good meal at dinnertime without having to search for a restaurant after a long drive. Chelsea was so welcoming when we checked in.

Macon is our half way place to stay when traveling to and from Florida. We like staying at this hotel because of its proximity to downtown and ease of access to I-75. The lobby is lofty and bright. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. Downtown Macon has several good restaurants and their lights at Christmas are wonderful.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Macon, Georgia sits right beside Mercer University. I came for a basketball game and all I had to do was walk across the street. Very convenient to really anything you need in Macon. The staff was very kind and everything was super clean! We will definitely come again.

I know Erica have to have off days but when I heard she was off I cried real Tears she the best Bartender ever next time I book I’m going to make sure she working

Late evening meal was better than anticipated and the wait staff was excellent and accommodating.

Booked room through Booking.com and paid before arrival. When I got there to check in the clerk demanded my credit card and billed me again. I thought she just needed my credit card to keep on file for any incidentals, however I am still trying to get these double charges off my card.

The scenery around the hotel campus was nice and quiet..... On ramp to the venue I was attending was around the corner so that was nice

Nothing I didn't like because I was in and out of my room back and fourth to restaurants and neighborhood stored

At check in Omar was,wonderful calm ,polite professional. My check out experience was quick and efficient

Great place, on the lovely campus of Mercer University, and easy to reach from I75. it has all the good stuff…a restaurant and bar, a pool and nice rooms. The staff, especially Beatrice, was excellent.
