Location was right off the freeway, so easy to get to. Passed a few similar locations that were easily $20-$30 more per night. Late night check-in employee was incredibly friendly and cordial. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, and definitely fresh. The hotel is outdated but we were not looking for luxury accommodations, so it served the purpose of needed a location to rest in close proximity to the freeway. We ended staying 2 nights: on our way to Knoxville and the next night on the way back, as it was an easy accommodation to reserve.

Other reviewers stated that the hotel was dirty, but the two rooms we stayed in were clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the hotel is outdated, but again, it served the exact purpose we needed.

I called a week or so prior to my reservation to request a 1st floor room due to mobility challenges. The general manager, Melissa, was happy to accommodate me. Unfortunately, when I checked in, one of her employees had given the room assignment away to someone else. She apologized profusely and ensured that my son and I got the 1st floor room the next day before we left for our day at the Cherry Blossom Festival. Overall, our stay was great. It was quiet and clean. Great location. Walmart, Sam's Club, and mall very close by. Chick Fil A and Cookout restaurants just across the street within walking distance.

The only thing I could possibly say that was not positive is that with it being a hotel with the room doors being external, smokers tend to stand just outside their rooms to smoke because they can't smoke in the rooms. Unfortunately, the management cannot always control that.

I had to stay an extra night and on the booking site it said no rooms available. They were able to get me my extra night. The staff is very nice. Great location off the hwy., Walmart, lots of restaurants. The room was clean and very comfy. I would definitely come back if I worked in this area again..

The pool wasn't open. However. It wasn't a deal breaker. It's outside. Probably not the season yet.

Great value. Very kind check in staff. Got a ground floor unit. Was able to park at the door. Room has recently been updated. Great shower, comfy beds. Spotless.

After asking about breakfast, we decided to skip it as there were no hot protein options. At this price point, no big deal.

Location and cleaniness

we were told at our check-in that breakfast was served 6 am until 10 am. At 9:30 there was nothing available which then we were told breakfast was only until nine that was disappointing, especially when we thought we were going to have our breakfast covered with our stay. Not cool.

We were pleasantly surprised at how updated and nicely appointed in the lobby and room. The breakfast included the usual: biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc. We'd stay there again.

No grab bar in the shower. Told the staff and they took note. I have nothing more to add.

In spite of being an older facility, it was very well cared for. This was the only hotel available for miles around due to Hurricane Helene and we were dreading going to an inexpensive place and were greatly and pleasantly surprised. Will consider coming again as we make this trip 2-3 times a year.

The convenience of all surrounding food places and Wal-Mart and other stores are nearby. The customer service rep is always amazing. The managers should give her a raise for sure.

The $100 deposit. The hotel is not up to par or even has quality breakfast or valet to be charging a deposit.

No protein at breakfast, mushy beds, strong cleaner chemical smell in the room. Pool was closwd

It was alright. Room was clean for the most part.

Had a few cockroaches running around. Breakfast buffet wasn't much, not that I would eat it after seeing cockroaches. Coffee was good.
