We arrived after dark and I was a little nervous just due to the crime rate in the Macon area overall. I did not feel unsafe at any time. The parking area had plenty of light, the night staff was very friendly upon check-in. We did not interact with morning staff, we checked out online/via phone. The complimentary breakfast was nice, did not have the options that was expected after reading the online description. That is the ONLY thing that wasn't as expected. We will for sure stay again if ever back in the area.

Even though the breakfast didn't have the options as expected, it was still awesome. I can't think of anything to suggest for improvement.

The front desk guy was awesome. I can't remember his name. But he was very helpful and very very kind.

Was in Macon for surgery. Was looking for a place off Riverside drive. It said this place was. We don't travel much and gps had us going through little subdivision and circles so we went back to Riverside found another C ountry Inn and suites to try to switch reservations. Were told they weren't affiliated. After driving around Macon for 11/2 hours we finally found it. It was no where I thought it would be. 20 minutes from where I thought we would be staying. Like I said the front desk clerk was awesome. He helped calm me down and gave me easy directions to the hospital. I appreciated his guidance and friendship and kindness.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and more than adequate for a quick overnight stop. Breakfast was varied and filling with a little something for everyone. While not a resort, it was perfectly suitable for a stop on a road trip.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. It had everything I needed. The only thing I might have wanted was the ability to purchase a glass or small bottle of wine at the end of a long day, but it wasn't a deal-breaker!

The customer service when we checked in, she was very helpful and answered all our questions. Even helped switch rooms to our request.

The breakfast. They could have done better. The sausages were over cooked and dry amd eggs were dry too. The waffle maker was not available, broke. Breakfast wasn't completely awful but it wasn't great.

The hotel seems new and was very clean. Checkin was quick and easy, once we got to the desk (there was a customer who had some issues ahead of us and only one employee working). The room was large and smelled fresh. We were traveling with an e-bike and they allowed us to keep it in our room overnight (there was no separate bike storage). Breakfast was a notch above most complimentary breakfasts. There were 6 hot items, warm cinnamon rolls, and the standard cereals, oatmeal, fruit (the bananas looked like they were ready for banana bread...too ripe for me). There's even a diy pancake station with a griddle but that was out of order.

The a/c in the room was noisy. It woke me up several times because it was vibrating loudly. Also, there were only a few sheets of toilet paper on the roll in our bathroom and no extra rolls anywhere (we searched the room). Luckily, we discovered it before it became an issue in the middle of the night. My husband went to the front desk to get some and nobody was there so he snagged a roll from the restroom in the lobby.

The showers were the best! It's not something I would normally comment on, but this was our halfway stop after leaving the beach. The high pressure helped me relax and got all the sand out of my hair. Staff were very friendly, and my daughter loved the waffles in the morning.

Great basic accommodations for a travel stop! Check in was 1 minute and we were in our room 5 minutes after pulling up to the hotel. The room was pretty large, nice and clean. Breakfast was nice with diligent staff taking care of the food.

Amy at the front desk was nice and so understanding, I was able to get a upgrade on my room because of a misunderstanding on my part. Thank you 💕

I didn't like that the vent blower in the bathroom stays on and there is no way to turn it off, the noise was a little disturbing 😒

The beds were comfortable, the tap water was very good, the room was clean enough.

The breakfast was sparce but adequate. Fitness room was muggy, no towels or sanitizer or water but equipment was adequate.

The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were sufficient outlets for electronic devices. The microwave and refrigerator both worked.

Breakfast was mediocre, eggs were dry and overcooked but there were other choices like cereal and waffles as well as pastries and bagels. The seating area was pleasant and plentiful.
