We love the Hampton Inns because we can stay as a family of five in a nice sized room. The breakfast is excellent, the location in Macon was very good for passing through. The staff was very friendly, the pool was clean, overall everything was very well maintained. We came from Atlanta, on the way to Florida the hotel is very conveniently located because it is only 1.5 hours from the airport.

Staff quickly assigned us to a new room when the smell of heavy cigarette smoke was discovered in the 1st one. Breakfast was good. 2nd room was good, clean, and had plentiful towels.

1st room we were assigned to REEKED of cigarette smoke!! Housekeeping staff should have reported this to management.

Well kept. Good breakfast. Free parking. Near some restaurants.

On arrival, staff could not find HOtels.com reservation in computer. Another staff member found it some other way. It was disconcerting. Should have been better arranged. TV too small for modern hotels.

The front desk clerk told me she would email me the receipt for my stay because she couldn’t print it for some reason. I only got a receipt for six dollars which was for food items I bought. It didn’t include the cost of the room.

Beds are just “okay” comfort-wise.

It was very clean. There was great space for everyone in the room. The staff was very helpful and kind. The pool felt great! And the breakfast was awesome to start our day!

Nice location. Hotel was attractive and in good condition. Friendly, helpful staff.

Only one negative. Fan was too noisy to keep on at night.

The two front attendants that were on that night were great. They were so much fun and will stay there again because of them. I wish I had gotten their names

It was clean and bright. We stopped staying at Hampton Inn’s because of how dirty and drab they were. Not so with this particular motel!
