The location is one of the main reasons for Staying at this hotel, and they do a good breakfast.

I've stayed at the lark hotel quite a few times in the past, and I can truly say my experience this time was not as good as in the past, the room was not what I expected, on checking in and been shown the room I'll be staying in , i realised I was on the opposite side of the building from which I'm used to, which meant the views was not as nice ,plus i was on a lower floor, and as for the sound of the traffic, at times it could be quite loud.

My wife and I have stayed at Lark Hotel many times, and it is a highly recommended place to rest in Dar es Salaam. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities are very new, clean, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, and breakfast is included and amazing. We will be back soon.

Maybe the only negative is that sometimes you can perceive a smoking odour in the corridors, but never in the bedrooms, so that's not a big deal.

From the moment we entered Lark hotel, we were welcomed by 3 friendly recepcionist. We even got an extra mattress that wasn't included in our reservation. Breakfast was very good, with a healthy variety of different food. It was great to use the gym and swimming pool. We'll definitely come back to Lark hotel if we are in DAR.

I spent a week at the Lark Hotel and I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff were polite and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance of the main city center, so it was easy to get around. It was also safe to walk around at night. I would definitely recommend Lark Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Tanzania. It's also a great option if you're looking for a professional and comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.

The gym facilities were kinda old and rusted. They could use some touch6

The breakfast was rich enough. Staff have good customer care, the gym Availability of iron in the room and kettle for boiling water, sugar and tea.

I was very surprised about what a great location it is in. Safe area with many places that are walkable. Reception was the best of any hotel here. We were upgraded to the best room I have ever stayed in. My husband is Maasai, so it was amazing to see him see some beautif things for the first time. He stayed up most of the night watching netflix on the couch. Everything was clean and there was a coffee pot to make tea at our leisure. Felt like home and better. Will go back anytime we go to Dar Es Salam!!

Loved the warm breakfast buffet selections in the morning. The exercise room is well equipped. The property is fenced in and there is a guard on duty so safety is assured. The balcony of the room offers great views of Dar. The staff is helpful and discreet. The aircon and wifi work great.

Nothing was bad about the property. All my needs were met. I feel the price was a little high, though.

Central location, comfortable beds. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast because we left at 4.30am. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, they have a good relationship with the restaurant next door and you can order food that is delivered to your room.

There was poor internet connection the evening we arrived but the staff went above and beyond to help us get access to the internet. By the morning the internet was working again.

Not my first time staying at Lark hotel, so I guess i must like it somewhat. It lived up to my expectations. The location is good ( for me ) breakfast was good. The view from the balcony was good, all in all a good stay.

Lack of minibar/ refrigerator and no in room safe which is standard for a four star Hotel these days. But to be fair they don't mention having in room safes,but they do mention mini bar in some of the rooms descriptions.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and flexible. And even if English is not their 1st language, they make an effort to communicate. Also they are very patient, which also reflects on the Management.

If only the rooms had mini fridges to accommodate client beverages
