Pongsatorn who was on duty when I checked in and was extraordinarily obliging. I am averse to all-in resort type hotrks. They are a new form of imperialism. However, this one is located less than a kilometer from the town, so it's basically a town hotel. and everything was within walking distance. This was my main reason for choosing it.

No safety deposit box in the room. Was given a voucher for two non-alcoholic drinks, but the restaurant was closed, so I couldn't use them. I couldn't put anything in the freezer as it had a thick coating of ice. This is something that should be checked before any guest check in

This was a lovely place to stay, we were visiting a music event nearby and it was perfect for this. The pool and gym and restaurant on site were great! The staff were so helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The rooms were a great size and were better than I thought! This is a great place for some quiet time and chilled vibes!

There could be more refreshments at the pool area as the closer 7-11 is 8-10 mins walk away. But that’s all

The rooms are very nice for the price and the beds and pillows are out of this world comfortable, so much so I took the pillow case off to find the brand so I can order some! Pool was great too and the society bar was good for an experience and The food was good and cheap and the noise didn’t interfere with the bedroom locations.

It’s a little remote we thought, but we didn’t really explore as we were there to play golf 20 minutes down the road.

Facilities were better than expected for the price. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was also nice.

We weren’t allowed to leave our bags for more than a few hours, which was disappointing. We had rented a motorbike and wanted to leave our larger backpacks for a couple of days so we could bike around the area. This is the first time we weren’t allowed to do that so was unexpected and we had to change our plans.

Our rooms were located close to the pool, we were there end of January for one night, so there were not a lot of people, very quiet, but in the evening there was a live band playing anyway. Since we were alone in the restaurant the breakfast was made on our order, liked that.

We had to wait a bit longer for our taxi back to Phuket, so we wanted to stay a bit longer 1 or 2 hours in the room, but that was not possible without a late checkout fee. When I left, I also wanted to have e receipt, of the payment but the staff didn't understand me apparently. I had speak over the phone to the manager to explain what I wanted, but that didn't worked to either. So I left without.

This is a beautiful place, individual chalets in green surroundings. Lovely pool. We enjoyed our stay, despite a few mishaps...First night we had no hot water, and there was a leak in the bathroom (the technician was unable to fix the problems, but luckily my husband managed to!). Also we had to call housekeeping as there were large (moth eaten) holes in the bedlinen and pillowcase. The restaurant was reasonably priced.

We never received any apology for all the problems we encountered. Our room was not serviced during our 3 night stay.

The rooms versus value for money is exceptional, spacious and the beds are SOOO comfy and the pool is near by

Do not bother with breakfast, 199 baht and it’s basic, and the staff get overwhelmed with more than one order! Eggs and bacon were cold! We drove 16 minutes and ate at the aquella golf resort and for 160 bhat had amazing breakfast. She

Without private transportation you might not like the place and the surrounding area. + Spacious and modern room + Everything is very clean + Pool rather small but anyways refreshing + The staff did a very good job (really appreciated that we were not placed directly next to the family with a little kid but had an empty room in between) + TV with Netflix

Clean and big bungalow in a nice setting, shower and bathroom just perfect, daily maid, relaxing pool close to the bungalow. Having read the reviews we were worried about the night music of the bar and restaurant but were not bothered at all (the room is insulated). Air condition worked without problems. Great deal for the price, I highly recommend it!

Everything was fine

Our room was brand new, spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy too and great shower! Really like it! We didn’t use, but the hotel had a pool and gym (that looks bit and good). Location is good depending on your itinerary and if you have a motorbike or car. If you want to enjoy the beach, it will be a 15min drive to Natai Beach. And there aren’t many taxis around, so you will have to rely on the hotel drives. We stayed here two night in different weekends to attend a Circoloco parties and because the region was packed, taxis from/to the hotel were expensive and the wait was longer. But I think in a regular day it should be fine.

The hotel restaurant was a bit overpriced and there aren’t many shops or restaurants around. If you have motorbike than you are fine.
