Fantastic location with great ocean front pool, the breakfast was superb. Service overall was very good.

Rooms are really old....very dated the section we were in as are some of the other areas around the hotel i.e. siam deli and the games areas.... kids club charges extortionate prices for pretty basic activities. Very limited kids menu for food and inconsistent....i.e. one restaurant has some items while others don't I found this very strange. Hotel in general is not cheap.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay at the JW. Especially the birthday decorations really made me surprised! Unbelievably helpful staff who were so generous with every request. I so want to go back soon.

Would have been great if breakfast was included in that price.

We stayed at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa as part of a long journey during which we visited 12 different hotels — and without a doubt, this one was the best! She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — helping us with every question, arranging several wonderful surprises, including a lovely one for my birthday. Hotel is amazing, all the facilities are very good, huge pool and very comfortable pool beds. Amazing staff around the hotel to always help you find your way since its very easy to get lost. Breakfast was out of this world, with all sorts of freshly squeezed juices on the spot, all varieties of thai indian and western options. And of course their famous french toast, yummy. Area is good, secluded from city center and quiet. There are few restaurants on the beach with amazing thai food and less pricey. Rooms are a bit outdated but the bed is really comfortable, was able to sleep a good 8-9hr per night. Cozy atmosphere around the hotel especially in the garden area where we were surrounded by jungle and sounds of birds. Housekeeping was always making sure that our room is clean and well restocked. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 15min to turtle village with small shops and 7/11. Also not to forget the place for massage on the beach which was great and cheap.

Its easy to get lost around the area of hotel and floors, maybe to put more signs of direction to lobby.

The resort is beautifully nestled along the peaceful Mai Khao Beach, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a perfect and relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. What truly stood out was the outstanding service – every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. The restaurants on-site are also mostly top-notch and offer a great variety of cuisine. We particularly liked Ginja - the Thai Restaurant. The Gym and offered activities are top. We tried out a circuit training and two other group trainings which were absolutely fine. The pool areas and spa are absolutely serene – ideal for relaxing and recharging. The entire experience felt curated, personal, and truly luxurious without being pretentious.

Absolutely nothing to mention. It's just very quiet past 10h30 pm. So more suitable for people looking for tranquillity rather than a bustling night life.

They don't make them like this any more. The rooms are well -furnished and updated. The service is excellent. Staff is well-trained and believe in personal connection and touch. I guess apart from the rooms, facilities, excellent breakfast, the people make this place and that will definitely stay with us. Lots of facilities and activities too for those who want to engage. Many restaurants on property offering a decent range of options.

Pool doesn't have blue tiles, it is a personal peeve. Though it goes very well with the design and theme. Beach like most in Phuket during monsoon season is absolutely a no-go. Quite dangerous waves.

Everything! The location was secluded so less hectic than Patong beach. The facilities well kept and clean. I’m most impressed with how out dietary requirements were met as I’m gluten intolerant and my cousin is vegan. All the restaurants within the resort were happy to create us whatever we requested. The rooms are roomy and the bed/pillows extremely comfortable.

When I arrived I asked to change a room since I had a smell of mold in my room. They were very nice and explained that the hotel is currently full, and promised to get back at me the day after and find an alternative. Unfortunately, they didn’t came back about this issue during the 4 nights I stayed. So I got used to the smell. Despite that, I still highly recommend the hotel, all other aspects were perfect.

Property is very clean, beautiful and the sea view is just gorgeous. Staff is very courteous, rooms are spacious and the services like spa, gym, breakfast, restaurants, room service is impeccable. Buggy rides available for when you don’t wish to walk, resort also helps to book private car or taxi. Many many restaurants to try from - even has a Thai cooking class, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely walks around the property & along the beach, sunrise & sunset views. They also have a fire dance performance by the reflection pool - which was amazing. If you’re looking to experience luxury - this pretty much checks all boxes.
