The hotel was perfect for us. The cleanliness was top notch. They were very thorough when cleaning the rooms out when guest left, the groundskeeper was there every morning cleaning the pool scrubbing the tiles raking up leaves. I just can’t say enough about how well they kept up with this property. The location was perfect Close enough to the nightlife where you could easily walk anywhere you wanted to but far enough where the property was nice and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. 10 out of 10! Would happily stay here again when we come back to Jaco.

I had the best time at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service was exceptional—huge thanks to the front desk staff for being so helpful and reliable throughout my visit. The rooms were impeccably clean, with a spacious shower that was definitely a highlight for me. The balcony with a view was another bonus, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. I will absolutely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend!

The only thing I think could be improved is adding a dedicated coat space with more hangers. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I stayed a few extra days longer in Costa Rica after my family went home to do some surfing. It was the perfect hotel to stay for this reason. You walk out to the beach and in a minute you are at https://ticosurflessons.com/. I rented a great surfboard for the day for $20. I walked another minute down the beach and paddled out. The surf was perfect 3' and a few other surfers. The breakfast was awesome and there is restaurant on the beach that I had dinner at that had a great balcony view of the sunset. I also ate at Koko's down the beach a minute more. People who work at the hotel are fantastic!

There is a five story building right next to it. My room was upstairs and at the end of the property and I decided to pull the drapes to keep the lights from the building out. Also small privacy concern from the same building. Try to get a room facing away from the other building looking at the pool, upstairs or downstairs.

We loved the pool and the outside area in general, very well kept! And of course the staff, everyone was super helpful and welcoming. We also really appreciated the AC in the room as it does get very warm in the area and the fridge. The area is very quiet, which is super nice too. The breakfast was great.

The temperature of the water in the sink is always a mystery: might be hot, might be cold, you never know! Other than that, sometimes mosquitoes can come in through the gap underneath the door, but it can be fixed by putting a towel or something similar underneath.

This was the best place we've stayed at in Costa Rica. The manager, Erik, was so nice & very helpful. The room was huge! And the best part is they include breakfast which is delivered to your room. We also had a kitchen with a refrigerator in our room. The pool is amazing, plus very close to beach.

Comfortable bed, decent WIFI. Breakfast was very good. Cozy little setting one minute off the main drag where there was lots of action . Close to the beach. Could have been a little scary given the proximity to the main drag but security seemed strong and the parking lot gate was locked at night.

The room smelled really bad when we arrived, like sewerage. We figured out the room hadn't been used in a while, the shower drain had dried up and sewer gas was flooding the room. We ran the shower and aired out the room. Problem solved but someone should have checked before we arrived as we almost bailed as soon as we got there.

Wonderful staff that made you feel like family and were so accommodating! Breakfast was excellent with fruit, pancakes and traditional Costa Rican fare. 24 hour coffee and tea available. There appear to be 16 two story units broken up into 4 buildings (4 units each) with a very clean pool in the middle. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with native plants. In fact, there were gardeners there every morning raking up loose leaves. The unit we had was spacious and well equipped. Located half a block from the beach and the main downtown street, so no need for a car (but there is adequate free parking onsite). The property is gated, so we felt very secure and safe. The only downside was some construction going on next door that started a bit early. But this is just a temporary situation and looks to be ending in the near future. While a little noisy, I certainly wouldn't let it deter you from staying here. We feel the staff is what really made this place feel special though!

Lovely place to stay, great location near the Main Street and the beach. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool was great and the breakfasts were really nice. I would recommend this place to stay.

Honestly the only thing that could have been better was the bed which we found uncomfortable.

It felt like a real Mom and Pop Costa Rican hotel. I mean if you come to Costa Rica, why would you stay at a Marriott?

It’s a fair size property, but there’s not a whole lot of room away from the pool. I have a traveling hammock I take with me and there was no place to put it. They are only about a block away from the beach, but I didn’t feel like lugging it there.

Location is great. 5 min to the beach. 5 min to the restaurants and bars around the main street and 15 min to the supermarket. We especially loved the garden and the 24h coffee. Although we stayed in Jaco for a weekend - and the parties there got quite wild and loud - the location around the apartment kept being quiet.
