Closeness to the road, beautiful structure from outside, no mosquitoes in the room🦟 and room space (large)

The room had a lot of cockroaches 🪳throughout our stay. The hotel should work on this by spraying the rooms regularly and look out for a permanent solution to this issue. Breakfast lacks a variety and it’s on a first come first served basis (unfortunately). Some customers missed out while we were having ours yet it was still early. The hotel should ensure variety of breakfast choices to avoid such scenarios and cater for the international community of guests they receive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was just big enough. The location was good for Mlimani city. Close to some useful shops and restaurants which is very handy.

The breakfast was always cold and not much selection if people are vegetarian.

location is good you can find everything in sinza. hotel is quite and clean, staff are very friendly and always have smiling face. AC, TV, hot water, bed is xl and very comfortable all are fine. breakfast is local but enough, I like everything, and special thx for my room upgrade 🙏

I like almost everything, only your electric generator working very noisy :)) don’t believe some bad reviews..there is no cockroach anywhere! hotel is clear and clean.

Warm and welcoming environment. It's in a safe and quiet location close to Mlimani city mall. They maintain a good quality standard. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was worth it. The restaurant on the top floor had good food as well. My experience was really great.

That the rooms felt new and that they upgraded me to a bigger room. The restaurant on the top floor had a nice open view.

The roads around the hotel and that it felt safest to take a Bolt when leaving the hotel. The breakfast was very limited.

The hotel is situated in a convenient place, the staff were so friendly, we arrived very late in the evening and we were picked by the driver as a complimentary package since we were staying for 4 days. The restaurant is located in the roof top with cool breeze,their food and breakfast was so sweet. Thanks to Janet the receptionist she was so charming and ready to help ,infact she recommended for us several places to visit which was extremely amazing and also checking in over the weekend we had a nice evening place to chill out recommended by her. Thanks to hatua he was also ready to help ,he recommended for us a place we can have different types of meals around sinza area .

The wifi had an issue which was sorted out later,, they need to work out on their drainage sytem in the bathroom.

Good value and convenient location in Sinza. Food is simple but good. Safe and quiet.

No negative observations really. Everything was clean and functioned as expected.

I liked the bottles of water and the tea, coffee provided with a kettle. The TV had a few channels in English. Ac and fan kept the room cool and comfortable.

From a busy main road you have to go down a small road which is very rough and full of holes filled with water. But that didn't not spoil it for me.

Thé breakfast was excellent and well prepared 😁 The staff were very welcoming and friendly ,everyone.

Nothing in general everything was fantastic.
