Location, cleanliness of the property, housekeeping staff was amazing. overall was a pleasant stay.

That the coffee for the room was given in packets of 1 or two, was family trip and had to constantly ask for extras as my mother is die hard coffee drinker and seemed to be issue with front desk, so we got coffee elsewhere.

The truth is that almost everything was fine until I got home and I found myself with the great surprise that I had fleas on my skin, wow, it had never happened to me in my life.

It looked clean, although it had a strong cigarette smell to be honest, but it has ticks and fleas in its beds. The truth is, I will never return to this place.

The receptionist was nice when I checked in. We had pressing reasons to check in one hour early and this was granted. Our room was very comfortable. For the price, it was a decent deal. Great location. Mexican Restaurant next door was absolutely delicious and a great value. Within walking distance.

The lobby was beautiful and spotless. The rest of the building could be cleaner. Our room was clean. The side access building door did not lock. Maintenance in the hotel could be better. Lots of quick fixes.

Need more pillows than 2 on a king size bed but I remembered from last time so I brought my own. Breakfast is disappointing you could atleast get fresh donuts fresh fruit or, or go to braums and gets sausage biscuts 5 for $5 cereal and muffins are not what I consider breakfast. But this will not keep me from coming back, this is my little getaway and I love it, have 2 more stays already booked.

Guy that works at night wasn't personable and the coffee maker in the room didnt work but there was free coffee and breakfast aval.downstairs.

Convenient to activities. The hotel has been nicely renovated.

If in first floor room, have earplugs handy if guest above your room.

Mattress needed to be replaced, could feel the springs . Wish it had an elevator , hard walking up stairs with luggay

Ice Machine didn't work. Didn't have shampoo or conditioner

The renovations were great, making this hotel a very nice place to stay.

Renovations have not been completed but it will be worth it when done.
