Was able to hear the other rooms (neightbours).

Is very near MTR Station at Prince Edward Exit C, very convenient to get food and supermarket.

If you booked Uber car, the driver doesn't know which is the direction to pick you. The reception counter will let you know where to wait for the car, they will still go to the wrong direction. Luckily the staff able to assist us, But it take 10 mins to get the driver, driver will give you excuses to pick up will need to go one big round, and for nothing we paid extra of SGD $3.50 for seaching us.

The hotel staff are honest. My mom forget her wallet at the room when we went out in the morning and we came back at night with the wallet still in the place where she left it. She was worried the whole time but we can’t go back sooner or even call the hotel. Anyways, the wallet is there and my mom is really happy. Thank you so much. My mom is at room 541. Please extend our thanks to the staff in charge of cleaning the room. We are so grateful to her. 🥰

Excellent location. The bus from the airport, A21, stops practically at the doorsteps of the hotel. The Prince Edward MTR station is about a block away. Plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. Our 2 rooms are clean.

The carpet in our rooms and the hallway, I think, has seen better days.

The location is perfect (1 min walk to the metro station), they gave us a free room upgrade which is awesome. View from the room is nice, and the room is spacious. Have everything you need.

There's cigarette smell at the corridor and it's quite strong, and it gives me a bit of headache, but lucky you couldn't smell it in the room.

There was a lot of space in the room for us to open our luggage, toilets were very clean too!

The bed is very small, feels smaller than a single bed, moved around a little and most of the blanket lands on the floor... Walls were very thin, could hear the people talking next door and their television very clearly

The staff are very proactive and polite. Also very helpful The hotel room was cleaned up every day and top-up bottled drinks. The hotel room is bigger than the other hotel.

The bed slants sideways not flat.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Very convenient for us since we had just come from mainland on bus and was dropped off just around the corner from facility.

View from the room could have been better. Looking out at neighboring buildings was not the most scenic. For the price, it was okay but just not something I did not care for.
