Very good comfortable rooms bungalow-style. Furniture is not expensive but well maintained and really thought through. The pool was of course a highlight of our trip - my son could splash there all day long. The aqua-park is big enough to keep interest for the whole week. Supermarket on the territory was very handy to buy some water and small snacks, fruits were very expensive though. A restaurant at the hotel is surprisingly good. We didn’t feel need to go elsewhere and therefore had an opportunity to try at least half of the menu and every dish was tasty and of the high quality. Service at the restaurant deserves some special words - very attentive and efficient. Overall we had really good holidays and marked this hotel for our “Come-back-one-day” list.

Room cleaning could use some improvements.

This accommodation is perfect for families because of all the amenities that are at disposal. The breakfast was good I don't understand the comments that say otherwise. There are enough options and staff keeps bringing the food that runs out. The croissants and the bread are most definitely not hard as some stated. The apartment was nice and big enough, you need to have some luck with the location though as some of the apartments overlook the parking lot. The pool is nice and there are plenty of sunbeds around.

The woman at the reception was not very patient considering the fact that she works at a family resort where there are kids around. Floor at the apartment could be cleaner.

We stayed at the sisan family resort for 7 nights during the beginning of September.  The sisan family resort is a very nice place to stay with the family for a few days or more around lake garda.  Its not fancy, but the location is great (between lazise and bardolino), the hotel's facilities are good (unfortunately the weather allowed us only one day at the hotel's waterpark) and the apartments are big, with a cute area outside near each apartment (careful of the mosquitoes) and a kitchen was well equipped.  There's not a lot of animation for kids, but it exists (mainly in German- which probably suits most of the guests during the time of our stay).  I'm still trying to figure out the rules of room cleaning and maintenance, since some of the times they made the beds and sometimes didn't, sometimes the room was clean and sometimes just organized... not sure when they do what, but the towels were replaced after 5 days, as we've been told. Overall the room was clean.  The rooms are basic, but had everything we needed. Tv is only in Italian.  I saw some reviews saying the beds aren't comfortable, we thought they were fine. The Breakfast indeed repeats itself everyday, but each one of us had something to eat and with kids thats what really matters. They even had Soy milk so this was an advantage for us.  We did eat at the restaurant one evening, it was Ok - we were limited with the menu because it was right before closing hour (probably could find something better outside but it was late and the kids were tired).  The resort is huge- we walked around and saw a big Camping site, a Trampoline area for kids and we know there's a supermarket and Mini-Golf but didn't get the chance to visit.  Staff in the reception is extremely nice and helpfull. In conclusion, we were happy with our choice to stay at Sisan as a family and would definatly recommend it for other families. 

The shower itself is a bit small,  the master bedroom bed is two beds joined together and not one big bed.  Could use a shampoo and bath soap and dishes soup in bigger portions.   I dont think the room's facilities are 4 star level... 

Sisan is in an excellent location with the waterfront with bars and restaurants easily accessible in a few minutes walk. The hotel itself is perfectly appointed with everything you can think of for a kids friendly stay. Apartments are a nice size, we had a great view of the lake from our terrace. The pool is great (albeit not heated and cold!) with great splash and play stuff for kids. There is a snack bar by the pool with friendly staff and delicious food/drinks. The quality of food from the restaurant we had for lunch or dinner was amazing and extremely well priced. We have already discussed returning.

The breakfast is a little strange but still plenty on offer for most, would just expect some more fresh fruit and hot options but we were happy for the week. The rooms do not have blackout blinds/curtains so if taking a young one I advise taking a black out curtain. The air conditioning wasn't the best and not in each room but in the kitchenette and hallway.

Kids absolutely loved the water slides excellent breakfast, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good location

Being there the end of May the pool was too cold some effort to hear that time of year would be appreciated, for the price it would be nice for other inclusions such as bike hire and laundry. One room let in a lot of light due to a high window which was tricky for sleep with young children

We really liked all of the extra amenities, the pools, bike rentals, kids activities etc. but I would say the resort is geared to slightly younger kids. Our 6 year old loved it all, our 9 year old felt like he was getting a bit old.

The beds were unfortunately some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in. They were extremely hard. I know beds are a personal preference, but we woke up sore every morning.

The pool facilities, the family rooms, the yard and garden area. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The breakfast was very basic and the same everyday. There was no option not to include the breakfast in our stay. The hotel was full and there were not enough sunbeds for everyone.

Pool, cleanliness, activities for kids and staff was very good.

Breakfast was the same and kind of boring, and did not meet expectations. Also the beds was terrible, and we didn’t sleep very well at our stay. This should be upgraded.

The breakfast is definitely not a 4 star. Nothing g is fresh, the bread and crossaints are hard and probably the old ones from the day before. Not very healthy and good for the children. The play area could be bigger given that it is a family resort.

The facilities for a family holiday were great, with two great pools, slides and very good food and drink facilities. Lots of other things to do like table tennis, tennis, football and trampolining. Great location, with restaurants in Casano and Bardolino is a 30 min walk, which is well worth it to visit this lovely town with great restaurants. One of the best gelaterias too! Right on the lake too, so walks, runs or access to the beaches is an ease.
