Although it is small, it was very comfortable, and all the needed things were there.

Be careful, you need to check-in in other hotel that is quite far if walking. You can check in via phone, if you don't want to go there, so take that in consideration.

Convenient to the center and train station but away from all the activity and congestion in the center. I didn’t realize Fussen was so busy. The property has a kitchen and there is a grocery store close by. No air conditioning but it was comfortable without it. There is parking.

The full bed is small for 2 people. We used the sofa bed as a second bed.

Close to railway station & bus station. Walk into city centre 10 minutes. Supermarket close by. All kitchen equipment was adequate & working. Rooms were quiet with good double glazing. Large garden & car park area.

No covered parking for bicycles . Key pick up was confusing- dont see why a code could not be sent to open lock box. Keys have to be collected from another place which is difficult if you dont have a car & arrive at an inconvenient time

The location was perfect. We travelled with family, so we appreciated how close the apartment was to the town and railway station. There's a little supermarket just down the road too which was handy

The bathroom is a bit odd with very little room for a shower in you're over 5ft tall

We were traveling back to Sweden from Italy and wanted to check out Neuschwanstein. The room was clean and had all facilities we needed. The owner was really nice and I had a long chat with him. Perfect if you want to explore all wonders in the area for a low price.

The shower stall was leaking, heating was working on the minimal level - even if you rotate it on maximum level. We needed to go to another address to get info about how to find room keys and keys from entrance door

Plenty of off road parking, clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation with an eating room with fridge for guests use. Very helpful owner who changed accommodation address to suit me. Short walk to the Old Town. Castle, waterfall and historic buildings to see.

Exceptional house, very cozy and comfortable. Staff was awesome, very attentive and helpful.

We did stay in August, so being on the top floor was quite hot at night. Only recommendation would be maybe provide a fan during the warmer months

Friendly staff, enough beds so everyone can have a good sleep

The front door seems to have some problem. It is not supposed to be locked from inside, but sometimes it cannot be opened from inside. The staff has quickly solved the problem for us.

I like that it has a small kitchen that we can at least cook our instant noodle for dinner. The owner are friendly and very accommodative.
