Comfortable, decent size room, bed was comfortable, nice enough but stuck in the 80's though the decor and To be fair to the hotel, my mistake that I thought the facilities (pool&spa)were included, it isn't, extra charge...it does say, but I was miffed with myself. I wouldn't have stayed to be honest hadn't I already paid.

The staff was really nice. The location is good, 10 min by car to Montepulciano and 30 min to Pienza. The view from the hotel is ok, but the blocks are covering the beauty of the landscape. Overall a good price-quality report.

Great location for day trips, large room. Large balcony with a great view. Small fridge in room. Great breakfast

Beds (2 single Beds pushed together) and bedding not so great. Old fashion blankets. A quilt or duvet would have been nicer. No kettle in Room. Shower stall is a rather small

Great facilities, great spa in the hotel. Great service: they allowed us to check out 40 min later than expected, so that we could enjoy the spa and get ready.

A bit old furniture but more than adequate for the price. It created a unique vibe, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing:)

Very friendly staff. Spa with several and new treatments. Fantastic experience. During the Christmas time they had a music band and a magic show that were excellent!!

long way to the room and in the room you hear everything from the neighbors, very bad isolation. we had a very bad experience with the very noisy neighbors next door: vulgar, without education and not consideration at all. the staff was forced to call the carabinieri.

Wonderful location, close to all major cities for wine and Italian cuisine amateurs. The spa is extremely clean (cleaned every hour) and the staff is lovely. Breakfast was generous. The wellness centre is very modern. Great value for money.

The rooms are very simple, a bit "vintage" or old fashioned and could be refurbished, however everything works perfectly fine and we spent most of the time visiting or relaxing at the spa, so there was no discomfort at all.

You need.to book a table till 8p.m. in the hotel restaurant if you want dinner - it's not a big problem, but it's unusual.

The room was very spacious and has a huge balcony with an outstanding view. Also we enjoyed a great and rich breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly as well.
