Loved the space and the vibe, design, the feel. Felt like a place meant for big groups to have fun together, which is exactly what we did. Didn't have any trouble with the staff during arrangements or the stay. The whole process was smooth and very satisfying. Thank you!

Check out at 10am is a bit early. 11am really would make all the difference in the world.

The kids area is very interesting

There should be a air conditioning in each room, as it is very hot in summer

winter time and snowing but the second floor heat panel all did not able to warm those rooms, too cold can’t sleep in all the room except there is 1 room with air conditioner can provide heat, most of us forced to sleep at the living room playing space as first floor is warm due to the floor heating and also an air conditioner help to warm the room, can’t imagine without first floor how are we going to survive in the house with the cold weather. Request the host to come over to check for us but they rejected by saying the heat panel is not malfunction, is the winter time is very cold plus their person in charge is abit far from the homestay! we stay all the homestay with the same heat panel but those are able to warm the house we can feel comfortable( as the host informed all the products may vary). We stayed 2 nights by and only stayed at the first floor plus one room in second floor which is not worth it at all, feeling sad and disappointed and the meanwhile we texted the host when we found all the rooms were still cold after turning on the heater panel to it max, we felt helpless and no choice being ignored! Feeling like request to refund partial as we only able to use one room and first floor! Additionally, there is 1 room in first floor, that room also super cold! Not good experienced at all!
