1. Tatami room was a very good experience. It was clean and spacious too. 2. Onsen temperature is just nice with good ambience and layout. 3. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. 4. Staffs were very polite and welcoming. 5. Family mart is just beside. 6. Paid laundry is available.

1. Only water and ice cream is provided instead of milk after onsen, so the "traditional" practice couldn't be experienced. 2. Limited seats (only 3) to blow dry hair if the onsen is crowded. 3. No sashimi options for breakfast. 4. Only 2 laundry washer/dryer machines available and the availability/timer status is not shown in room tv. 5. Complimentary welcome drink in lobby only has coffee 6. Amenities in lobby lack quality facial cleansing oil and cleanser. Only body and face 2-in-1 shower gel is provided in room

Location is the best, easy reach by walking around the city. Tanukikoji just in front of the door (2 minutes walk). Surrounded by shopping & restaurants & local Japanese f&b. Friendly staff. They accomplished our requested upper level room which is bigger & facing ferris wheel (with yen 2,000/day which considered a good deal). The window can be opened little enough to have fresh wintery air.

Coffee & tea not available in the room, instead, they are available daily from 3-9pm. Which is not convenient for late return to the hotel and early morning coffee lover. Especially for guest like us who stay longer than 7 nights. Breakfast must be paid in cash as we booked hotel excluding breakfast. Usually we pay to hotel when check out. Suggested to have payment options. I browsed that the price of this hotel is double during Sapporo ice festival

Having the washer & dryer in my room was a bonus. Room size is considered good using the Japan Hotel room size as a baseline. The hotel is undergoing progressive renovation, and we got a newly renovated room. Location is near Tankujikoji shopping street (abt 3mins walk) and odori park (abt 5mins walk). The public bath pool is hot spring water, which is a great way to relax after a long day.

Parking is based on first come, first serve, and we cannot reserve the parking in advance. If the parking at hotel is full, you will have to park at a nearby public carpark instead, subjected to availability. The newly renovated room has a separate wet and dry toilet. But the dry toilet has a strong stench of urine smell the moment we check in.

The room was decent, spacious, and clean. We stayed for 5 nights. Parking is very convenient, and the parking staff is very helpful. The staff are very helpful. We send many packages and ask for many things, and they help a lot. The breakfast variety is great with many selections, which we enjoy every day. The onsen bath is nice with cute decoration and good atmosphere. The location is very convenient. With many stores to shop in and restaurants to choose.

When you stay for 5 days straight, the breakfast selections will be narrowed down a bit. lol

Great location! Walking distance to odori park and susukino shopping and restaurant district. A family mart convenience store attached to the hotel lobby open 24 hours. Good included buffet breakfast. Some western items for non japanese customers. Very clean. On-site onsen to soak your sore muscles after walking all day. I would stay again.

For the amount you pay the mattress should be thicker. More comfortable. The mattress in our room 607 was very thin and low to the ground. Not very soft. But I would stay again. Just my opinion. The service was great! The room was good size for japan standards.

Aloha! Traveled from Hawaii for the Snow Festival. EXCELLENT location. LOVED that the Family Mart convenience store is connected to the hotel lobby. Only a 5-10 min. walk to Odori Park, many eateries, shopping, Odori Subway Station exit, underground shopping, plus the 24 hr. Mega Don Quijote shopping ctr. is nearby where you can buy anything and everything. LOVED my view of the ferris wheel. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally delicious with both Western and Jpns. options. The room comes with everything you'll need - basic bath essentials (p/u from lobby), PJ's, and the bedding is simple and easy to tidy, as rooms don't get cleaned daily. The free onsen is a nice touch, especially in the cold, winter months after a long day of walking 10,000+ steps. The staff, with their limited English, are friendly and helpful in their efforts to understand and accommodate the guests' needs. Mahalo to the La'gent staff!

The room itself is a bit tight as it was difficult to open two suitcases and still have space to safely navigate the room. The bed was really hard, as I prefer a medium firm mattress to sleep comfortably. There are only TWO washer/dryer combo. units for all of the hotel guests to use, which I found VERY inconvenient. Plus, the dryer doesn't dry enough, so you'll need to hang your damp clothes around your room or pay extra and wait for your clothes to dry, IF you can manage to use the units, AND it took almost 3 hrs. for the wash/dry cycle to finish. The hotel should consider providing laundry facilities on each floor to accommodate guests, as well as provide info. on WHAT and HOW TO use the humidifier in the room, as it took me a while to figure out WHAT that machine was and HOW to use it.

The Breakfast is pretty decent! Concidering the price you're paying for. It is an all you can eat so try to fill up your belly for your upcoming trip! Plus the public bath house is also pretty well designed. You'll even get a free popsicle just to get in and enjoy!

The location is unfortunately not so good. it's not that it's far from the station, quite the oppisite actually, the entrace only require about 3 miuntes walk to get to. However, the entire way to get to the hotel is sort of complicated. There's a lot of path finding to do for customers to get to the hotel. Despite it being just one station away from Sapporo main staion, the station it is next to (Oodori station) is pretty big. Not to mention after turning left and right constatntly under ground, people tend to lose their directions navigating. Plus, the closest entrance from the hotel doesn't have a elevator (not even a escalator). It could prove to be a challenge when your holding mutiple suit cases trying just to check in.

Location excellent, shops restaurant and Odori Park beer festival within short walk. Breakfast selection large and rotated with tasty food. Larger room and comfortable bed. Deluxe room on 9th floor woh view of ferris wheel and access to club lounge. Would return again.

The front desk fouled up our early morning taxi reservation and didn't do anything to secure a replacement taxi because the service said they were busy. We were worried about missing our flight but thankfully the GO Taxi app saved the day and a taxi arrived two minutes later.

The location is perfect for exploring on foot. You can easily access a shopping mall, a park, a restaurant, and the beautiful Ferris Hill. We stayed in a family room that included a kitchenette, and utensils are available upon request. The staff truly stands out as the highlight of this hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of healthy and authentic Japanese dishes. Additionally, a convenience store is conveniently located next to the hotel lobby, and the availability of a public restroom is another great feature.

Front office especially Ms Yamazaki and Komathy was really helpful in assisting me when my child needed to see a doctor close to the holiday week period. Room was very clean with a bright design and reasonable space compare to other hotels. There aren’t even any mold stains. Water pressure was good. However room cleaning system could be better where trash is taken out daily by housekeeper rather than only days when they do the housekeeping. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was good, just a walk a way from the shopping streets.

Water shower temperature was inconsistent.
