Modern hotel with very new finishings and very friendly reception and door staff. The location opposite the sapporo factory is handy, 7-11 and supermarket, with some nice restaurants and interesting shops. We had trouble with room service not changing our dirty cups and plates... Day 2 onwards we purposely stacked all dirty cups and plates in the sink so they know we want it changed. Gym was small but everything was new and very clean. Coffee facilities available downstairs in the morning.

From the moment I stepped into the M Gallery Hotel in Sapporo, I felt genuinely welcomed. The lobby’s warm lighting and tasteful décor set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every member of the team greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. A special shout‑out goes to Minoru at the bar. He made us feel very welcomed and helped us out with pronouncing Japanese words. I’m not sure of the other bar man’s name, but hey made me a special cherry blossom cocktail and it was so thoughtful and delicious. The complimentary food at the bar is such a beautiful touch and so yummy, hats off to the chef. My stay here was my favourite part of my Japan trip and I could not reccomend it enough.

Beautiful decor, smells great (people who have stayed there will know what I mean) Large rooms (for Japanese standards) with super comfortable beds and pillows Gym was well equipped with the basics for a casual workout Nice fireplace in the bar to chill at after a long day of walking around town

Breakfast choice was ok but not the best I've had, feel like there could've been more local dishes Just nitpicking but location could be better. Because of strict drink-driving laws, we needed to take the subway to the city centre, an alternative was to take an Uber which was easy enough but I'm used to just walking out of the hotel into the action

The property is beautiful with gorgeous decor. A very classy hotel with extremely attentive and helpful staff. The inclusive breakfast has a very large selection with gluten free options (although the gf bread was very dry hence only tried it once). The bed was very comfortable. The bar had a very warm quaint feel to it with plenty of room and also served high tea and some options for dinner. The large dining area was for breakfast only and was also very stylishly designed.

It is a bit further from the centre of town, about a 15-20 minute walk depending on where you are going, however worth it in our opinion. Having said that, one day we walked for 25 minutes in -6 degree snowy weather and would recommend a cab in such conditions!

We stayed for Christmas and it was definitely the right choice. A beautifully designed hotel, with attentive staff, and the most comfortable beds we had on our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to other guests looking for a luxe but 'trendy' stay in Sapporo. We also enjoyed the Christmas buffet, and were thrilled to meet the manager and have some surprise entertainment. 10/10!

The location is a little bit far from the station, and other attractions in Sapporo City, but this didn't bother us too much as we like to walk, but keep this in mind if the weather is bad. Truthfully, the other guests were the worst part of the stay. It definitely attracts an entitled crowd, especially around the holidays, some people find it hard to have fun and be kind to staff..

Hotel is quite nice and staff is excellent, very good English speakers. Location a bit out of the way and the free parking is limited to basically 4 spaces which seemed to always be occupied which made us have to use paid parking which was a little less convenient. Hotel amenities are very nice and staff is extremely accommodating to our needs.

The countertop space in the bathroom was very limited and the lighting was not the best either. However, there was a large full length mirror just outside the bathroom which we were able to take advantage of instead.

The room is luxury and spacious. Very clean and comfortable.

Our room door does not close and lock automatically. It needs us to give it a push/pull or it will leave it unopen and anyone can enter which can be a bit unsafe. It was not noticeable, so we had our room unlocked for the first night. Location wise is not bad as we have a rental car, but the parking was the most expensive out of all other 8 hotels we stayed in Japan during this month-long holiday. Also, for the price it charges, it's pity they don't have a public bath/ onsen.

First off, this was the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The service was unparalleled. The staff were friendly and greeted you at the door and helped bring your luggage in and up to the room. They gave us welcome drinks, a piece of chocolate and even a small gift upon check in and the breakfast was buffet style but honestly so luxurious and a wide selection of Japanese and western cuisine. The room was comfortable and had Netflix!

The hotel staff is very welcoming and professional. They all speak excellent English, so first-timers who don't speak Japanese can rest assured they are in good hands.

The hotel offers an excellent experience overall. One consideration is its location, which is ideal for visitors to the Sapporo Factory, a fantastic shopping mall. However, those who wish to explore Odori Park or Sapporo Station may need to account for a longer walk or just go by taxi.
