Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was very convenient. Perfect for a work trip.

There was one bottle for shampoo, conditioner and soap. I would prefer to have those split. There were no sharp knives, dish soap or sponge in the kitchen. Also no napkins or paper towels, at least one roll of paper towels would have been great. It seems as if they assume you wont use the kitchen. Washing clothes was fairly expensive to just use the machine. These are small things that can be annoying for shorter stays in which buying them can have a significant additional cost for guests but should not represent a significant change to the hotel. Especially the knives and dish washing soap and sponge.

The apartment is awesome, everything looks so new, clean, and fresh.

I had a late check-in that I informed the receptionist about before my arrival, but I had to wait 45 minutes for her to meet me at the reception. I called the hotel, but no answer. I didn't appreciate that. Didn't they expect a guest was coming at 1 am when it was previously confirmed by the very own hotel? Besides that, everything was top-notch.

Lovely and helpful staff! Facilities are true to the photos. At first I thought the place would be crowded with many people and noisy, but I was pleasantly surprised. Many great silent working áreas! And a very decent gym!

Everything was fine. My studio was a little small. For long stays I would recommend the apartment type room.

The room is well planned, it has all needed furniture. The design is pretty stylish. Also there is a gym, tennis court and swimming pool.

Unfortunately the flor and the walls were pretty dirty. The room had the smell of dirty socks. And there was no dishcloth, so we were bot able to clean the table or plates.

When we arrived the floor of the room was dirty and my pillow had also a stain. We asked the personnel please to clean again the room and they say they would do I immediately but it took two more days and a second claiming.

People at the reception were very nice and helpful, room was clean. Also I liked the outdoor activities, gym and place where is possible to sit and work for example

I would appreciate some small cafetería in there or bistro

I loved all of the facilities such as laundry, swimming pool, gym, beautiful working areas.

The staff were still fine-tuning the garage entry. It was difficult for them to open the gates when they were taking care of someone.

We just needed a place to spend the night because we needed to return to the airport on the next day. The location was perfect for our purpose. It’s about 15,20mins by car to the airport. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

Have been at the studios many times. It is convenient to have a small kitchen in the room and all the available facilities.

The internet connection for the TV was not working properly last time.
